Mixed vegetables with bread

Ingredients
Bread 5 to 6 slices
Onions 1 sliced
Tomato 1 sliced
Capsicum 1 small size sliced
Garlic 2 cloves chopped
Ginger 1 PC grated
Carrot 1 no grated
Cabbages sliced 1 cup( small size)
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Redchilli powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves 5 nos cut into small size
Coriander leaves for toppings

In a pan add 2 tsp oil , add mustard and urid dhall and wait till mustard seeds splitter
Add onion and saute till it becomes transclusent, add tomatoes, green chillies,ginger grated, garlic pods and saute well. To this add cabbage, capsicum, carrot and saute. To this vegetables mix add turmeric powder, redchilli powder, and salt. Saute once and add little water. To this mix now add bread cubes , mix well and transfer to a plate.add coriander leaves and serve hot. No need of any side dish.
