How to cook healthy food for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner by Delicious Creations Workshop
Today, we have a day of healthy food. I will show you three dishes of delicious and very nutritious food: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
In the morning, there’s always very little time to prepare breakfast, so I suggest making couscous with vegetables.
Breakfast from Couscous
Let’s start with energizing breakfast! For our breakfast, we chose couscous, that magical product that cooks instantly. Just pour boiling water, add vegetables and you’re done.
Cauliflower Lunch
It’s time to get your fill of a delicious and healthy lunch. Our choice is cauliflower! Let’s make puree soup.
Dinner with Meat and Vegetables
For dinner we offer juicy meat cooked with love. Choose your favorite type of meat (chicken, beef, pork) and cook it along with aromatic vegetables. Add spices to taste and bake in the oven. Simply incredibly delicious!
