*1 cup of milk of choice
*12 eggs, beaten
*Veggies, meat and cheese of choice. We used leftovers and added peppers and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. You could use more cheese or leave it out.
Edit to add. We don’t normally have salami or leftover air fried French fries. But when we do, we use them up!
*Seasonings of choice. We used salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Light on salt and heavier on the others.
*Mix all. Pour into 9 x 13
*We used the air fryer 350 degrees for 25 min.
*You could bake it in the oven on 400 degrees for about 20-25 min.
*if making sandwiches, use bagel thins, English muffins, bread of choice, a wrap. Wrap in foil and freeze or store in the fridge until ready to eat.
*if storing egg bake without a bread, store in a container with parchment paper between slices. We used parchment 6 inch squares.
*Reheat for about a min depending on your microwave.
