Fit Granola Tart
Servings: 6-8
Difficulty: Easy
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Prep time: 5 minutes + 2-3 hours resting in fridge
1 cup oatmeal
½ cup peanut
2-2,5 tablespoon any kind of molasses (you can use apple syrup, honey, maple syrup as replacement)
1 cup of frozen berries
1 tablespoon honey
200 g bitter chocolate
• Place a bowl over a pot of simmering water. The bowl should not touch the surface of the water at all. Cut the chocolate into small pieces and place in the bowl. Stir with a spatula and let it melt. You can use a kettle and a bowl for this as well.
• To prepare the base, place oatmeal and peanuts in a food processor, pulse for 3-4 seconds. Roast them in a large pan until golden brown, add molasses and mix with a wooden spoon.
• Put silicon or muffin cake paper cups into a 12 holes muffin tray. Share out the base into the cups, press them with back of the spoon and let them rest.
• Melt frozen berries in a small saucepan. Then turn the heat off. Add honey and mash with a fork.
• Share out the berry mixture onto the bases and cover them with melted chocolate. Your 159 kcal fit granola tarts are ready after 2 hours fridge resting. Enjoy!
