Rajma (kidney bean curry):
– soak 1 cup of rajma overnight
– 4 cups water
– 3/4 tsp turmeric
– 1 tsp salt
– cook for 4 whistles
gravy:
– 2 small tomatoes
– 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
– 1/2 tsp ghee
– 1/4 tsp turmeric
– 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
– 2 tsp coriander powder
– 1/4 tsp garam masala

Chole (chickpea curry):
– soak 1 cup of chole overnight
– 4 cups water
– salt to taste
– cook for 4 whistles
gravy:
– ginger and chilli
– 1/2 tsp turmeric
– 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
– 2 tsp coriander powder
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp garam masala
– 1 tsp chole masala powder
– all the chole + its water

Noodles:
– 1 tsp vinegar
– 2 tsp soy sauce
– 1 tsp red chilli sauce
– 1/2 tsp sesame oil
