VEGGIE BURGER RECIPE

– 1 can of black or kidney beans (drained & rinsed)
– 1/2 onion (diced)
– 2 pcs garlic (crushed / chopped)
– 1/2 cup mushrooms (diced)
– 1/4 cup cilantro
– 2 tbsp tomato paste
– 2 tbsp flour (I used almond)
– (To hold the form better, you can add 1 egg if desired)

Directions:
– Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender
– Pulse lightly till desired texture is reached
– Form into patties and pan fry (or bake)
– Flip after about 10/15 mins
– Serve on top of salad or gluten free buns

Toppings: lettuce, homemade guacamole, tomato, onion, organic BBQ sauce

BRUSSEL SPROUTS RECIPE

– In a bowl, toss brussel sprouts in olive oil (about 1 tbsp)
– Bake in oven (on baking sheet) for about 20 mins at 220’C / 425’F
– Place brussel sprouts back in bowl, add 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar and 2 tsp of honey, toss to coat evenly
– Season with salt / pepper to taste
