Ingredients:
• 2 large eggs
• 1 large tbsp Chili mayonnaise (home made )
• 1 tbsp milk
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
• 4 slices of soft, wheat bread
• salted Butter for spreading (optional)
Instructions:
1. Hard boil the eggs, then cool, peel, and mash them with fork in a bowl.
2. mix chili mayonnaise,milk, salt, and pepper , along with some chives then combine well.
3. Gently mix it all well
4. Lightly remove the sides of the bread slices and spread butter on them for extra richness.
5. Divide the egg mixture evenly among the slices of bread, spreading it to the edges.
6. Top with the remaining slices of bread to create sandwiches.
7. Now cut each sandwich into halves or quarters.
