Rosacea
Rosacea is a chronic, inflammatory skin disease that affects the face. In this condition, the blood vessels of the face dilate & leak fluids leading to redness & formation of small pus filled blisters.

Causes:
• Stress
• Exposure to sunlight
• Intake of hot drinks
• Spicy foods
• Alcohol

Recipes based on the above food groups:
Recipe 1: Juice
1. In a juicer, add 1 beetroot
2. Add 2 chopped carrots
3. Also peel and add 1 cucumber
4. Add 1 celery stalk
5. Add a small piece of ginger
6. Finally peel and add 1 pear
7. Juice them all together
8. You may add some salt for taste
This drink will surely help boost your immune system.
Recipe 2: Steamed Vegetables
1. Add ½ cup water in a non-stick pan
2. To this, add 1 sliced carrot
3. Add ½ red and ½ yellow bell peppers
4. Add 2 tbsp shredded red cabbage
5. Close the lid & allow this to steam for 15 minutes
6. If you feel the water is drying, add a little
7. Once the carrot is tender enough, transfer this to a bowl
8. Add 1 tsp olive oil
9. Add 1 tsp oregano
10. Add a pinch of pepper & salt
11. Finally add 1 tsp lemon juice
12. Mix well and serve

• Make sure to drink 10-12 glasses of water every day as it keeps
the skin hydrated
• Avoid fried foods, coffee, tea, chocolates, cheese, dairy products,
and spicy foods as they can all aggravate rosacea
