BASE RECIPE (1 Serving):
Milk – 1/2 Cup
Chia Seeds – 2 Tbsp
Sweetener – 1.5 Tsp
Milk Options – Almond Milk/Coconut Milk/Cashew Milk
Sweeteners – Honey/Maple Syrup/Agave Syrup
Toppings – Fresh fruits or Frozen fruits, nuts
If you want to use frozen fruits, add them before you refrigerate.
