I grind oatmeal in a mixer.
I add walnuts, peanuts and pistachios.
I prepared it in slightly larger pieces.
cereal and dried strawberries
sunflower seeds
Sesame
coconut
currants
raisins
I mix the ingredients
I add granulated sugar to the steel pot
After it becomes caramel colored, I add butter.
I pour the ingredients into the caramel and it reaches a solid consistency.
I mix it a little with my hand in the bowl to mix it, but I have to say that it is very hot.
I add it to the pot again to warm it up a little more and stir it.
After it warms up, I pour it into the tray and press it.
After it cools down, I take it out of the mold and enjoy it.
