Easy Breakfast Or Snack Recipe In Just 5 Minutes – Easy Cheesy Omelette Wraps – Easy Egg Recipe
These egg tortillas take hardly five minutes to prepare but you will be amazed how delicious they turn out to be. Though I have used mushrooms and red bell peppers, you can use green capsicum, carrots, shredded cooked chicken or any kind of meat of your choice or you can just make it with eggs and cheese, the choices are endless.

Ingredients required for making these egg tortilla wraps –
* Eggs – 2 eggs per person preferable
* Flour Tortilla (medium sized). You can even use leftover rotis or parathas or flatbreads
* Mushrooms – thinly sliced
* Red Bell pepper / green capsicum. You can even use finely diced carrots, spinach.
* Coriander leaves (cilantro)
* green chilli (optional)
* Grated Cheese – I used cheddar. Use any good melting cheese according to your choice. Use as much or as little
* Salt to taste. Remember cheese is already very salty. Use just a pinch in your eggs.
* Freshly ground black pepper
These taste best when they are freshly made but my family even likes it for lunchboxes.
