These are also filled the vitamin C and vitamin A I’m gonna add a little bit of Basil fresh herbs are great for salads they have anti-inflammatory properties the last thing left is to add our vinaigrette what I do is I add three tablespoons of extra virgin oil one
Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper and here you go guys we made a yummy salad filled with wonderful nutrients for the body
