Bonus recipe « veggies soup »:

– shredded cabbage about 2-3 cups
– chicken broth homemade or store 6-8 cups
– carrots shredded or thinly sliced 2-3 large
– tomatoes 1 large or two small
– mushrooms thinly sliced about 1 cup

Bring to a boil and cook a few minutes than reduce heat to low, let simmer for an hour. You may also turn off the heat after 20 mins the vegetables will still become soft.

Hi everyone I hope you guys are doing well it’s the weekend for me so I I thought of doing a very short video on healthy recipes uh before the holidays or in between the Christmas and New Year’s so that you make sure that you don’t gain weight and if you’re already

Slim that you stay that way uh regardless of uh the important meals that we have during the holidays so first off we have snacks um actually snacks is very good you should always have at least one at least two snacks one in the morning between breakfast and

Uh lunch and then in the afternoon before dinner so here on the picture you can see that I have carrot sticks so I used I think two small or really big uh carrot stick small little um sticks uh we have also an apple that I that I cut

Back in in quarters and the sauce is simply a light mayonnaise uh that I mixed in with a caesar salad dressing but only half a tablespoon of Caesar salad dressing and 1 tbspoon of mayo light is a sort of a bowl uh a rice bowl but a very small quantity of rice

So I only put 1/4 of a cup of white rice jasmine rice half a cup more or less of cherry tomatoes cut in half or in quarters in four pieces uh 1/3 of a cup of mushrooms 1 tbspoon again of light mayo salt and pepper to taste half a cup
