Probably the best Turkish bread recipe! All purpose flour 20 oz (570 g). 1 3/5 cups warm water (400 ml). 1/2 tsp sugar (3 g). 1 tsp salt (5 g). Gradually add flour and stir. Where are you located? 😍 Write me! Knead the dough by hand.
