How to elevate grilled cheese ↓
1️⃣ Rub mayo on both sides of the bread, flip it over. This will act as the “butter” and trust me, it’s 100x better.
2️⃣ Add dijon mustard to the inside of the sandwich. Layer with freshly grated cheese, dill pickles & more cheese.
3️⃣ Close & place on med/high heat for 2-3 minutes each side until golden brown. Slice & enjoy!
