10 Minutes Recipe – Quick And Easy Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients:

6 slices of square-cut bread
4 eggs
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup diced bell peppers (shimla mirch)
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro (dhaniya)
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter or ghee for cooking

Method:

In a bowl, beat the eggs and add grated carrots, diced bell peppers, chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a flavorful egg and vegetable mixture.
Heat a frying pan and add butter or ghee. Place the square-cut slices of bread in the pan.
Pour the prepared egg and vegetable mixture onto the bread slices, ensuring an even spread.
Place a slice of cheese on top of each bread slice covered with the egg mixture.
Take the square-cut pieces that were removed from the bread earlier and place them back on top, creating a sandwich.
Gently press down on the sandwiches and flip them over, allowing the other side to cook until golden brown.
Cover the pan for a minute to ensure the eggs are fully cooked and the cheese is melted.
Once both sides are beautifully golden, remove from the pan and serve hot.
