I called these foods, miracle foods, especially in the combination that I have in my healthy foods recipes! Years ago I had an abnormal ECG and many other tests came back worrisome. The doctors said I had several heart attacks and that I was currently having a heart attack at the time of a doctor visit and due to my high cholesterol, liver enzymes being high and my triglycerides and blood pressure and blood sugar was high, and my kidneys were damaged and blood vessels in my eyes were rupturing they said the damage has already been done but I proved them wrong as I have been reversing the damage with healthy recipes like this and my healthy lifestyle that I took to the next level after some scary news from the doctors about 16 years ago. There was also scary news about 19 years ago but things got better as time weren’t by and these food choices and a change in my routine has saved my life. When you have a healthy combination of foods that are powerful antioxidants in cancer fighting foods you are doing something amazing for your body. My healthy chicken and vegetable dinner is an example of some of the recipes that I have put together that have significantly changed my health for the better, and has saved my life. The doctors are amazed at how I have come along way since those diagnoses in the past.. I was 40 pounds overweight and another heart attack was inevitable if things did not change I’ve lost the unhealthy weight over the years of eating much healthier foods. I am sharing with you what works for me but everybody’s body is different so what has saved my life and has improve my health significantly may not have the same results for you, so always check with your doctor to make sure you can introduce a new diet in your life. I find this to be a miracle. I’m hoping for good news when it comes to other tests but as far as my physical health goes, everything else checks out fine. I’ve been going to the cancer specialist to have CT scans and ultrasounds and bloodwork and urinalysis and other testing done to rule out any tumors in cancers. I have another procedure coming up, so I’m hoping that everything’s going to be fine. Considering that I’ve made a significant change in my dietary habits this may have saved me from some catastrophic terminal illnesses.
I have lowered my blood pressure, I have also lowered my triglycerides and blood sugar in my kidneys are functioning as if I were in my 20s again and at the time back then my kidneys were like 85 years old. My cholesterol is back to normal, and my HDL cholesterol is significantly above average, which is a great thing!
Here are the ingredients as follows:
1 pound of boneless free range chicken thighs (Organic preferably)
3 tablespoons of avocado oil
3 tablespoons of olive oil
4 garlic cloves
Quarter teaspoon of black pepper
1/8 teaspoon of pink Himalayan sea salt
2 teaspoons of turmeric
3 teaspoons of ginger
Half a teaspoon of coriander
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of paprika
Half a teaspoon of ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon of organic honey
Teaspoon of natural liquid smoke (optional)
One whole large white or yellow onion
4 small mini bell peppers (sweet peppers)
5 cherry tomatoes, diced or two small tomatoes diced
2 tablespoons of fresh grated ginger root
4 ounces of sliced broccoli
After adding both olive oil and avocado oil, and one garlic clove, chopped up to the pan I turn the heat on medium to medium high, which on my induction top stove is six. I then trim the fat off the chicken thighs and use scissors to cut small pieces of chicken thighs to be placed into the pan of oil and diced garlic. I like the chicken become lightly browned in the oils then I start adding the spices while mixing the chicken. After about five minutes of the chicken cooking on medium heat after adding the spices, then I add the vegetables and I turn up the heat to medium high, which is number seven on my induction stove top for about a minute then I drop it back down to medium. They continue to combine the vegetables and chicken together thoroughly.. I avoid turning the heat up too much because then it will have a negative effect on the omega-3’s in the oils.

Putting on the stove we’re going to start with some onions and broccoli and I got a lot of other things going on The Cutting Board I don’t have to microwave anything because everything’s going to be done on the stove what I have here are the ingredients for what I’m about to make
For dinner so I got my onions broccoli Peppers garlic ginger some tomatoes chicken over here all my spices that I I need and I’ll show you what it’s going to look like when it’s in the pan being made and what it looks like on my plate I start with the avocado oil the
Olive oil then I add the garlic I set my temperature I cut the fat off the chicken and I start cutting it and putting it in the pan now it’s time to start incorporating all the spices Time to add all the vegetables and tomatoes and garlic onions you know all that good stuff right there I usually turn it up just a little bit once I added all the vegetables this combination of ingredients it works great I love the I love the flavor of
This it’s got a little kick to it but this is a very nutritional meal it’ll definitely keep you Going let that simmer a little it’s getting there just keep on mixing it I’m stir frying it until it’s a consistency that I prefer I don’t like it too cooked but I don’t want to eat it raw either coming along oh yeah right there and got it on my plate ready to
Eat for dinner about 16 years ago when I was told by my doctor that I had to lose 40 pounds and my blood pressure was high my blood sugar was high my triglycerides were high and my cholesterol was high even though I was very active back
Then I was doing a lot of bike riding walking lifting weights one of the things that I was doing wrong was eating more than I was burning off going to restaurants eating at these Italian buffets Indian buffets all these places that offer all you can eat food
And I would eat all I could eat I would have five or six plates and I would leave that restaurant feeling so bloated and full that I couldn’t even bend down a tie my shoes and after years of doing that I’ve put on the weight and even though I was working
Out my blood pressure was still high my blood sugar my triglycerides my cholesterol and I was also dealing with edema at times where I had bloating in my face in my legs and that was because of the excessive sodium intake from eating out because when you eat
Out you don’t know how much Salt’s going to be in your foods you can control that when you’re home and when you’re picking the healthiest food that you can eat you’re in control of the sodium and the quality of sodium as well because when you eat out most most likely they’re
Going to have the cheapest kind of salt they’re not going to have pink himalay salt or sea salt and a lot of these places are going to put monosodium glutamate in the food to enhance the flavor which basically tricks your mind into believing that the food tastes
Better than it really is and those things are bad for you they’re chemicals so over the years of just living an active lifestyle but making that one mistake of eating too much and eating out where you don’t know what you’re consuming so I decided to change things and it was a gradual
Process when I would eat out it would be one plate less then eventually two plates less then three then it was down to where I would only have two plates and then I would stop eating out as much I would break it into maybe half as much then started incorporating more
Healthier foods and then started cutting back and eating out and then eating more foods that I would make at home and over the years I pushed towards just eating Foods at home and then occasionally eating out but only eating out at the higher quality restaurants and I stopped going to many other
Restaurants at offered buffets and ever since I’ve started bringing healthy organic foods into my life and then step up my game for exercising doing more aerobic exercising in addition to weight training weightlifting and stretching and you know just keeping up with my martial arts I I decided it was time to
Just add more steps more running jogging walking more biking and just going out there exploring the world around me and staying very very active and over time that has started rewarding me and I’ve been feeling much better I’ve lost a lot of weight and uh I just feel much younger
Now at 52 compared to what I felt like 16 years ago I feel like I can run further I can run faster and I have more endurance so I’m able to enjoy life better with without the worries that I am hurting myself by eating the wrong kind of foods and too
Much of the wrong kind of foods and too much food in general and now in in 2023 compared to what I felt like and looked like and what my health was in 2007 I feel like I’ve I’ve taken many years off my my aging that I’ve gone back in

Radishes broccoli those Tomatoes the uh pmen and uh some red peppers strawberries more tomatoes green onions celery then I got my yogurt and papera just Greek yogurt and papika and some Stevia some avocados got some oat brand with some grass-fed milk and uh a little bit of stevia and my chia
Seeds mixed with some amla and water and a little stevia and of course my oat brand muffin with raisins homemade so there it is right there 3 months ago I increased my steps to keep up with age flation because every September I’m a year older and that’s when I start increasing my daily
Steps because age flation is a real thing you got to keep up with and if you do your best to stay healthy by getting your exercise eating healthy having a positive mindset for your emotional health then you’re keeping up with age flation so that things balance out and
You get older but then yet you’re not feeling older which is a good thing time for breakfast again Monday the 18th of December there are my fruits and vegetables right there got some avocados right there in personman and my walnuts chia seeds with some omla and water my
Homemade muffins out of oat flour and coconut nectar and some avocado oil and my eggs my dip made out of just yogurt plain old Greek yogurt in Stevia and my uh Shredded Wheat this plain old wheat that’s it and that’s what’s happening today I think I have one of those outside delivering food
Uhoh uhoh I think there’s a food delivery robot outside outside the door with a door Dash or something is it a grubs something what’s out there the robots are out in my yard right there waiting for me what the heck I got one of those robots out
There of course look what’s popping up on my screen here today today is uh Monday December 18th 2023 beautiful day out here been walking in the neighborhood enjoying the fresh air and the Sunshine plenty of it right now so going to continue my walk hopefully uh you know no wild animal
Comes out of nowhere and tries to attack cuz there are animals out here and they come out of the woods so uhoh I see back in here I have to go look and see what it is all right something’s back here look at that like it’s getting bigger every
Day here’s something back in there but I don’t know what it is I hear crows though what the hell’s going on all right don’t tell me they’re building a house in the middle of the woods somewhere okay I think they’re building a house in the middle of the woods that would be crazy
Literally it sounds like it what is going on back there are they building a house in the woods what the hell well as long as it’s not on my property line I’m going to have to go back there and see how far into into the
Woods it is because it might be I don’t know sometimes things look kind of confusing when you look at it with your eyes so something may look closer but then it’s further away as long as they’re not on my property line but it’s way way down in the woods
They’re doing pretty good I guess palm tree is still thriving it’s bracing itself for the uh the cold weather cold season coming up all watering got to keep plants water that’s good right there huh got to keep them hydrated a lot of water in to do out here there we
Go I watered everything out here so so everything is doing good we did have some rain but whenever we get colder nights I like to make sure the plants and the trees are watered enough that way they can make it to a very very cold night because if we have
Any any potential Frost you know anything freezing over at least they’ll survive out here you know that’s that’s what I’m hoping for CU when it gets very cold you know some of these uh subtropical trees and plants they just cannot handle the extreme cold so you got to either cover
Them up make sure you give them a lot of water at least that’s what I do I mean I guess um depends on where you are it might be a different thing you need to do to save your trees and plants but for
Me I give them a lot of water then I uh cover some of them up especially if it’s a Christmas Palm or uh the umbrella plants you know they they don’t tolerate the really cold snaps that can happen and last year it was down to like 26° at
Night around here so don’t want to have anything dying from the cold so that’s something I got to do to make sure I keep everything safe cuz you know the weather’s cooling down and there’s no telling how cold it’s going to get so that’s what I’ve been doing out here
So peaceful like the wind’s not blowing like it was yesterday it was crazy yesterday it’s quiet in here now I don’t hear any like popping in the ceiling I don’t hear any of that stuff cuz there was like sounds coming from the wind and all these trees were
Blowing really hard out here but it’s peaceful now it is peaceful I don’t hear any sounds you know I don’t hear anything in this house like I have been you know like throughout the house in the ceiling especially I was hearing a lot of things but I don’t hear anything well I haven’t
Heard anything in a while which is which is a good thing in the meantime I’m going to snack on some stuff I love my fruits and vegetables I got to have my fruits and vegetables and this is my water that I prefer to to drink drink but uh you know
With the cost of everything going up I might have to start drinking out of there because I don’t know it’s you know it’s not cheap anymore not cheap I’m waiting you know like I said before I I was just going to stand around the camera just wait and see if I hear
Anything and then I would share it with you but the only thing that I’m hearing right now is the clock ticking the sound of quietness and all I see right now is the spirit of Christmas it’s kind of funny because I got like a tripod with lights
On it I mean that’s my makeshift I showed you before that’s my it looks much better at night I don’t know during the day it just looks like a mess at night time you don’t see really you don’t see the tripod uh especially when you look out from the
Window you know from the outside looking in it looks just like a Christmas tree is that is so light out right now but this whole room just lights up with all these colors and it just gives me that Christmas spirit that Vibe you know oh
That’s that’s my way of doing it cuz you know buying a a Christmas tree an artificial tree you know I used to get the real ones and I felt bad that they would be cutting down trees I’m like oh I don’t want to contribute to trees
Being cut down so I would just use an artificial tree but when I moved I don’t know what happened to the artificial tree it’s gone right I might have donated it to uh some charity you know cuz I just couldn’t fit so many things in my ve in the
Rental and uh the price of artificial trees ridiculous expensive and I don’t have this extra money to be put into or an artificial tree so I figured the the best alternative would be to wrap the lights around a tripod that I already have and just use the tripod
Instead I feel like that was a very economical choice instead of you know putting myself in a worse financial situation and buying an artificial Christmas tree that I can only use what once every year the same with Christmas decorations outside I’m like uh yeah it’s not like I want to if I’m
Going to spend money on something it needs to be something that’s that I’m going to going to use it’s practical that I’m going to use more than once a year maybe when they to get better then I’ll do that but yeah so that’s that’s one way to save get yourself you
Know something to make something cheaper so with me I got myself a tripod out of the closet and I wrapped it up in Christmas lights so always look for the alternative if you’re trying to save money because when you save money you can put that money somewhere else into
Bills that you have into healthier food so that’s what I do and uh I’ve been doing a lot of cooking lately and I’m glad to share some of my healthy cooking on YouTube it really it really sends that message out there to those who are wanting to cook healthier but
Are just discouraged because maybe it’s overwhelming thinking about it you know the whole process maybe it’s you think it’s more involved in you’re planning on you know getting yourself into but it’s not that bad you know if you uh put your mind to it and you’re economical and you have
The right resources in your area you know fresh produce maybe some of these uh fruit stands these uh produce stands places where you can get yourself some wholesome some fruits and vegetables at a discounted price and if you have access to some of these uh higher-end
Stores that have big sales where you can get stuff very cheap or buy one get one free offers and uh it’s a good way to uh save money on healthy foods because uh organic healthy foods are not cheap and everything that I cook I try to make it
The healthiest as I can because I’m not trying to add on pounds I’m trying to add on years to my life you know uh the whole thing of me weighing 30 or 40 lbs heavier that was 15 20 years ago you know that was a different time in my
Life even though when I weighed that much it wasn’t it was kind of the weight was distributed evenly throughout my body so my chest my torso was was larger everything my arms were larger I was just totally larger it just wasn’t you know one area you know but the problem was back
Then you know I was lifting weights very active but the one thing that was missing from the whole entire equation was the healthy organic foods you know the meal preparations that take time and effort you know I just was always living on the Fly you know living on the go you know vacation
A lot going places a lot and eating out a lot and it was always the the quick way you know and after a while of doing that you know it it takes a toll on you and even though I was eating healthy foods in addition to that I was just
Just didn’t have time to prepare the healthy foods you know I was just always busy and so I fell into that and you know there was uh fluid retention from that my my blood pressure was extremely high back then uh my triglycerides were very high my blood
Sugar was high my cholesterol was high you know so many different things were high and the doctor was like you know you know I got to cut back on this I got to do more of that I got to do you know and I I was put on blood pressure
Medicine and you know they they upped it you know cuz I was on it for 25 years and they increased the dosage um changed the the uh formula so many different things so over the years I was like you know what I’m done with this and I I
Don’t want to have to take medication all my life or or I don’t want to have to take you know as much and try to limit that you know to maintain you know health and life so uh I just decided you know what I can’t be too busy for eating
Healthy I cannot be too busy for a good meal I’m going to have to put time aside to make the meals and stop eating out because I would eat out at the Indian restaurants the Italian restaurants I mean all the time when I went to an
Indian buffet I was eating five or six plates at a time even when I ate out like Italian restaurant I had the buffets you know I did pick the healthier options but I ate too much of it and even when when you eat out even what’s looks healthy you don’t know
What’s really in the stuff you don’t know how much salt they’re adding how much of this or what ingredients they’re using or if anything is GMO so when you’re eating out it’s like mysterious you don’t know and if you eat out at Chinese restaurant or even any kind of
Buffet you might have to deal with mono sodium glutamate which is MSG it’s something that’s uh definitely not something you want to have in your body and uh you know that basically is a flavor enhancer it just tricks your mind into thinking the food has more flavor
Than it actually does and it’s has some side effects that are not good especially long-term use of it it’s like okay let’s not go down that road so there were so many things that I had to limit like sodium intake sugar intake carb intake and if I had a lot of carbs you
Know that’s in the time of my life when I was lifting heavier weights you know lifting more weights you know burning off the carbs and you know there’s a difference between you know you have the good carbs and the bad carbs so you know I was all about just getting stuff done
Fast and then now it’s about the quality of things it’s not how fast I can eat how fast I can work out how fast I can you know get walking done I put a lot of time into walk and I put a lot of time into eating you know or meal prepping
That is and uh I just feel much better my blood pressure is down within normal range even though I still take the medicine which I probably maybe I can reduce the dosage more maybe get off that stuff uh my blood sugar is normal my triglycerides are definitely normal my
Cholesterol my HDL cholesterol is is higher than the average but that’s the good cholesterol and that’s the cholesterol you want higher so you know my cholesterol is under control it’s good because I have a lot of the good cholesterol and that’s from having all the healthy Omega fats you know the
Omega-3s and so I’m consuming foods high in Omega-3s and trying to reduce you know the Omega 6 although Omega sixes and threes work together but having the wrong balance you know the ratio is not healthy if you have too much Omega 6 so I always make sure I have the proper
Ratio so that that the Omega-3s are going to always stand on top so yeah I’m very picky about the kind of eggs that I eat eat very picky about all the kind of foods that I consume you know and I know it comes at a price when it comes to
Money and uh so I got to do what I can to maintain that kind of healthy eating so uh I’m out there job searching doing what I can to see if I can find something because you know if you don’t have your health nothing else really
Matters at that point so uh we’ll see what happens like I said I still got that procedure coming up I’m hoping I get a good report on that you know where my mind was I’m thinking I only got maybe 18 months left and then you know
This disease takes my you know life away and you know I’m not in the clear yet but I can’t keep thinking negative so that’s why I decided it’s time to to be positive but I’m still going to live for now I’m not I’m not uh you I’m not going
To just try to you know go back to like normal life thinking you know oh I don’t have anything wrong I’m going to be around for as long as you know nature lets me you know maybe that’s another 20 30 years I’m just thinking that still you know I’m in my
50s there’s these questionable things that are happening to me you know I’ve been going to the cancer specialist and you know the cancer center theologist you know seeing the Radiologists and the uh urologist the gastroenterologist I getting all those tests and blood work and CT scans and all these things that
You know I’ve been doing you know this is something I’m doing to to get peace of mind and knowing that I have been eating so much healthier over the years I mean that makes me feel better about everything cuz then I feel like you know I stand a
Better chance but still until everything comes back that you know I don’t have any kind of you know terminal illness or the big CA which I don’t want to say that word but we all kind of understand where I’m coming from and uh it’s a worrisome thing but I’m being
Positive and sharing some of positive things in my life here on the channel and I thought I would bring some of that healthy cooking here and Inspire some of you who maybe got too uh I don’t know too eager to eat out you know kind of lost touch of sitting at
Home and eating instead of you know being at the restaurant you know I feel like it’s a good choice that I made over the years to to limit eating out and for the last three years I may have ate eaten out I think maybe five or six times that’s it in the
Last 3 years it’s all I can remember that’s about it I just limited my trips to eat out because I wanted to focus on good health and it also cost too much money to eat out so you know that’s another reason why I wasn’t eating out as much
Either you know because it cost too much money anyway uh I’m I’m going to try to get better lighting so I don’t have to walk around the house trying to find the perfect lighting cuz I get a little OCD like I I’ll be standing here looking at
Myself I’m like I don’t like the way I look I look too bright or I look too dark or I don’t like the way the background looks you know what I mean cuz then the background might be blinding you know overpowering so you know I just got to find a way to
Set up a corner of the house and just try to sit still like right now I don’t like this lighting I feel like there’s too much sh shade like Shadows on my face too much light on the side of me then if I walk here it’s like too much
Glare and Reflections and and more light interference it’s like no matter where I go I I’m trying to find a happy place and now there’s you know Darkness on this side of my that’s me I’m telling you like people say Bobby sit still stop walking around Bobby you’re weling I I
Have I have a problem with sitting still I cannot sit still for anything and I can’t stand in one place for too long because I get bored I get bored if I’m in one place I’m bored already okay and so I always feel like if I’m making a video and I’m standing
In one spot too long that not only am I getting bored but you’re getting bored because like okay we need a new scene so maybe if I was standing where there was something crazy behind me you know that would be entertaining but if I if I’m like standing here and it’s nothing but
Just a plain wall if I could even find a plain wall anywhere like if if there was nothing but just a wall behind me okay trying to trying to make a point here and I can’t find a place to okay let’s just say if there was just that
Would be so damn boring like if this was the whole video the whole time it’s like I feel like having some kind of background it it does something I don’t know it just brings more maybe more entertainment more value to the whole thing like I I maybe I’m just thinking too
