Sugar free dessert recipe! Gluten free, no butter! Healthy banana bread with zucchini!
Ingredients:
150 g oat flour(1 1/2 cup)
40 g cocoa/ carob powder(~1/3 cup)
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 medium ripe banana
90 g zucchini(1/2 cup)
1 medium egg / or vegan replacement
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
60 ml maple syrup / 1/4 cup
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
120 ml of your favorite milk/ 1/2 cup
chocolate drops(optional)
decorate as you like
bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C /360°F
