🌸 Ingredients
2 small eggs (38 grams each)
Zero calorie sugar: 3 tablespoons
All purpose/Oat/Whole wheat flour: 4 tablespoons

The size of my cake pan is 4” not 5”.

Whip 2 small eggs or 1 large egg (78 grams) Gradually add 3 tablespoons of zero calorie sugar (39 grams) Keep whipping eggs while adding sugar Don’t skip through the video, every step is important Nice and shiny Vanilla essence a few drops This is the required consistency before adding the flour
Gradually add sifted all purpose/oat/whole wheat flour/protein powder Cut and fold gently I used a total of 4 tablespoons of flour (30 grams) Be gentle while mixing in the flour. You want the flour to get distributed evenly while not letting the batter deflate Make sure there are no lumps!
I am using a 5-6” pan so make sure to use a small pan Bake at 170 degree Celsius for 15-20 minutes Leave it for 5 minutes then gently release the sides So fluffy and bouncy! I am cutting only 4 slices because it’s a small cake
