My “food” series has officially kick started! I’m so glad I finally found the time to upload a video despite being on holiday. This is one of my favourite recipes. It’s super simple and easy to prepare – literally takes five minutes tops! Hope you all enjoy.

Ingredients:
– 3/4 cup strawberries, sliced
– 1/3 cup low-fat yogurt
– 1/4 cup granola

Procedure:
1. Wash the strawberries.
2. Slice the strawberries and place ’em on a paper towel/plate.
3. Layer all the ingredients into your glass of choice.
