Here is a healthier version of the buffalo chicken sandwich recipe that I always cook every week for my friends and me. It’s always a crowd pleaser!

Yields: 5 Sandwiches

CHICKEN PATTIES RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
• 1.8 lbs Minced Chicken
• 1 tsp All Seasoned Salt
• 1 tsp Black Pepper
• 1 tsp Garlic Pepper
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tbsp Maggi Sauce
• 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
• 1/2 tsp Grated Nutmeg
• 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
• 1 Egg
• 1 cup Green Pepper (diced)
• 1 cup Red Onion (diced)

INSTRUCTIONS
• Preheat oven to 350 deg. F.
• Combine all of the ingredients in a large missing bowl
• Form patties and grill until brown on both sides
• Bake for 25 minutes

BUFFALO SAUCE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup Hot Sauce (Sriracha or Frank’s RedHot)
• 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
• 2 tbsp Melted Butter
• 1 tsp White Vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS
• Combine and mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl

PICKLED YOGURT SAUCE
• 1 cup Greek Yogurt
• 1/4 cup Dill Pickles (diced)
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder

INSTRUCTIONS
• Combine and mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl

ASSEMBLE THE SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS
• 5 Hamburger Buns
• 1 cup Arugula
• Tomatoes (Sliced)

INSTRUCTIONS
• Toast the buns
• Coat the chicken with buffalo sauce
• Spread some yogurt sauce, arugula, tomato, chicken and a large amount of yogurt sauce on top.
