Chicken Salad Recipe to make a large batch!
*I ran out of a few of the ingredients but this is my recipe that i LOVE the most 🙂
3-4 lbs of organic chicken breast boiled for about 20 mins until cooked through
whole bag of chopped pecans from Trader Joes
2 Jars of Chosen Foods Mayo MCT
Generous sprinkle of poppy seeds
1 TBS Dijon mustard
1-2 TBS honey
1 TBS coconut sugar
splash of apple cider vinegar
2 small lemons juiced
red grapes chopped *as much as you like!
2-3 apples chopped
1 head of celery chopped

Chicken Immunity Bone Broth Soup
chop roughly 4 carrots, 1 onion, and 4-5 sticks of celery in chopper. saute in 1 TBS of ghee then add, basil, turmeric, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary, onion salt, paprika, thyme, and oregano generously sprinkled over the veggies. add 1 tbs arrowroot powder over veggies. add 1-2 cups of butternut squash then 8 cups of bone broth (I like Roli Rotti from Costco) and 1 cup of water. add a bay leaf. bring it to a boil then add 1-2 lbs of chicken fresh parsely, then immediately turn down to a simmer with the lid on for 40 mins. during the last 10 mins add pasta – I like the Jovial stars! top with Parmigiano Reggiano *VERY IMPORTANT* and enjoy!!

Cranberry Jello
3 cups heated cranberry juice + 1 TBS honey
1 cup cranberry juice + pour 1-2 tbs gelatin on the top and let it bloom then pour over the 3 cups of cranberry and let it set in the fridge!
