Hi guys welcome back to my channel welcome back to another grocery haul video so it’s kind of a small one because we just did a little bit of grocery shopping on Tuesday um to just get through the rest of this week so I didn’t have to get a whole lot but let

Me go ahead and go through what I got I found some new items so excited to share those with you and then I’ll tell you my meal plan kind of as I go along so I picked up some whole carrots I just I’ve been eating the baby cut carrots just to

Take a little shortcut but I just miss how much I love the flavor of whole carrots so for meal prep this week I’m going to be peeling and I’m going to make some of these into carrot sticks and then also I’m going to slice some of

Them up because I want to have some as like in my side salads with my dinners and stuff so I plan on having a few different days that I have side salads and I love carrots in those so I did pick up the whole carrots just so you

Know the whole carrots they really are a better flavor if you want to take the time to peel them and slice them up it just they do I’m not kidding you will not notice how much you miss the flavor of carrots until you do it um I the last

Couple of days I’ve had the chipotle chicken bowls but I haven’t been recording so I’m going to redo those again and in those bowls I used some shredded Roma or shredded green leaf lettuce I think that I had picked up at Kroger last week or earlier this week um

The shredded lettuce looked really terrible at my store oh this is from Walmart and Safeway by the way I got my produce at Safeway um so I just picked up a head of green leaf lettuce and I’m just going to shred this up and you will see those Chipotle bowls I’m going to

Make I’m going to make up a couple of them for my meal prep so you’ll see like two of those I’m going to do for my meal prep this week so you’ll see those um in tomorrow’s video and then I also picked up more of my favorite red and green

Blend um of baby greens this will but the base of my salads got some grapes I think grapes are starting to like not be in at least not in my area I’m not finding very good grapes these are kind of small but just been really craving grapes for the

Chipotle bowls I needed some more cilantro cuz I went through everything I picked up on Tuesday I have been wanting Kodiak muffins like wanting some sort of muffins and I have a ton of Kodiak mix that I still need to use up so I purposely tried to find the ripest

Bananas and why is it when you want to find ripe bananas you can’t find them but when you want to find green bananas they’re never around so these were the ripest I could find um I think they’ll be okay um cuz I’ll be doing my meal prep on Sunday and I’m actually filming

This on Friday so I think these will be perfect by Sunday so I’m going to do some Kodiak muffins to have for snacks and for breakfast you guys know I love pomegranates this was literally the only one left at the store so I picked some

Of this just to toss of my salads and my yogurt cucumber I picked up one salad kit and this will go on the day that my um my husband will have it as well he likes Caesar salad he likes other salads too but he really likes the Caesar salad

When we make it with our dinners so one night we’re having pork chops which I’ll show you those in just a second and we’ll having the Caesar salad kit with that so that’s all the produce I have a lot of apples and a ton of oranges so I’ll be eating oranges all

Week um I did pick up these pork chops at Safeway um the garlic and herb boneless pork loin chops um have this for dinner one night is something both me and my husband can have my husband can’t eat chicken he’s allergic to chicken or turkey so um there’s very few

Nights that we have the same meals but this is something that we can both have and I’ll just usually throw these in the air fryer so they’re really low points and low calorie and pretty the boneless pork loin chapes are really lean I did take a little shortcut to for my

Chipotle bowls I picked up the seasoned rotisserie chicken from John John Souls Foods I had a coupon for it for Walmart so I thought why not um so I got this bag this will be enough to do my bowls and I’m just going to put a little bit

Of chipotle sauce that I’ll make up will go on this I’ll thr this out put that in the chipot chipotle sauce and it’ll be all ready to go and just super easy and again since my husband can’t eat chicken it’s hard for me to buy big batches of

Like the big things of raw chicken this is just so much easier for me uh for one of my lunches so one of my lunches is going to be the chipotle chicken bowls the the other one is going to be some turkey pesto sandwiches so

You saw the bread oh I think I have it right here the bread I picked up on Tuesday is this carb Master multi-seed bread I had this for the first time um on Tuesday when I bought it and you guys this stuff is good really good um it

Doesn’t taste like normal low car bread um and I mean is the small slices but I had this with egg salad it was yummy so I’m going to make some turkey pesto sandwiches out of this so I have that bread I’m going to use this turkey breast and some of this aged white

Cheddar Sereno cheese and then here’s the pesto sauce and I just use a half I mean a little bit of pesto goes a long way you guys the serving size for this as you can see is like a qu cup and I usually use maybe a teaspoon on the

Entire thing um like a teaspoon half a teaspoon on each side of the bread and that usually is more than enough um to do that so the point you’re going to see on the screen for this is going to be for a whole entire quter cup

But like I said keep in mind I don’t use anywhere near that so that’ll be one of my lunches will be those turkey pesto sandwiches and I’ll pair that with a salad some fruit yogurt something like that another night for dinner I’m going to be do some chicken parmesan sliders

So you probably saw that video where I did the Big Mac sliders using the carbmaster dinner rolls again very good highly recommend so I’m going to use this tomato sauce to make my own like marinara sauce because there’s no reason I’m the only one eating them no reason

To buy a big huge thing of marinera sauce so I’ll just add spices to this and I’m going to make some chicken parmesan so I already have the chicken I’m going to use I already have the parmesan cheese I already have some mozzarella cheese and I have the sliders

Literally only thing I needed was some tomato sauce to go along with that see you guys I’m doing good using up what I have two things of green beans I’ll have one of these on the night we’re having pork chops the other one I’m going to have when I have the chicken parmesan

And then I’ll have a side salad as well love love green beans I picked up a thing of fat-free re-fried beans I think this weekend I may do like bean and cheese burritos I have some La banita low carb tortillas I need to use up so I

Just like to have a can of fat– free refried beans on hand so I can just throw together quick tacos or burritos or something for my side salads I am going to toss in some cottage cheese I know sounds weird right but I love cottage cheese in my salad so I did pick

Up some of the good culture cottage cheese now no this is not the one that is zero points the fat free is I prefer when I’m eating the cottage cheese on its own I get the 2% but when I’m using recipes I will use the fat free but this

Is really low points high protein low calorie also for my salads sunflower kernels I’m trying to use more nut seeds seeds and nuts and so I’ll be tossing this in my salad spicy hummus my favorite I’m going to make up some protein bowls to go for snacks and to go

With my lunches and stuff this week so I’ll be making those in meal prep so I wanted some hummus to go in those protein bowls now for the new things so y’all cookie dough Premiere protein I could not believe when I saw that on my Walmart app so I’m going to

Give this a try but I did pick up some backup just in case I didn’t like it cuz it’s hit and miss with me with Premier proteins but but this just sounded way too good to pass up so going to give this a try also I was looking for some

Sort of protein bar that did not have chocolate I have the built bars right now which are fine for like an afternoon or evening snack but when I want a morning snack or if I’m really super busy and can’t you know I have to grab and go breakfast and a yogurt’s just not

Enough then I wanted something else that had higher protein some sort of protein bar so I found these new Atkins ones and I think these are like four or five points so they’re a little bit high points but I can usually fit that kind of thing in my day that’s the same as

Built bars um but these are soft baked energy bars 15 g of protein 10 G of fiber and four net carbs and only 2 g of sugar and I believe they’re 190 calories so I’m just super curious they had two flavors they had this blueberry and then

They had a vanilla macadamia nut if I like these ones I’ll pick those ones up next week and let you know what I think about those and then of course though I had to pick up just in case these did not pan out I wanted to pick up some of

The cafe caramel and look they grabbed a bonus pack for me I know these are not the only ones on the Shelf because I just picked some of these I went on what day was that Tuesday and they only had the four packs and um so yeah that was

Nice of her to grab or they had both four packs in these so it was nice of her to grab that one for me um oh also I was thinking this may make a good um ice cream so I could also try this in my ninja creamy cuz it’s cookie dough I

Think that would make a good ice cream as well and my friend Christa was telling me how much she liked the waterl um drinks so I found them in singles at Safeway so I’m going to give these a try I’ve been wanting to try these for a long time but just didn’t

Want to buy a big pack of them to not like them plus this gives me a chance to try the flavors these were the only three flavors they had over there in the singles so we have the black cherry the Blackberry lemonade and the strawberry so I feel like those are some good
