Take a fun and flavorful twist on your snack game with this delightful recipe – Corn Ribs with Instant Barbecue Sauce! 🌽✨ 

It’s like corn on the cob, but way more fun and delicious. Yes, this is one of those #quickandeasy recipes that you just can’t go wrong with 😋😍

Ingredients: – 

Corn on the cob – 2
Butter- 1tbsp
For Garnish – Grated Parmesan Cheese 

For Quick and Instant Barbecue Sauce:- 

Cayenne pepper – ½tsp
Onion powder- 1tsp
Garlic powder- ½tsp
Black pepper powder-¼tsp
Salt- to taste 
Apple Cider vinegar – 1 tsp
Soy sauce- 1tsp
Ketchup – 1tbsp

Method :-
– In a bowl add all the seasonings, spices and sauces
-Mix well to make a smooth, instant & delicious Barbecue sauce!
– To make corn ribs, Cut the whole corn into strips (resembling ribs) FYI – this is the only time consuming part of this recipe(and if you don’t get good quality ones, you will struggle a bit)
So yes, you can use boiled corn to make this process easier but I’ve tried both and trust me, these are any day tastier! 
– Now, in a non-stick pan, heat butter and add the corn ribs. 
– Cook on high flame allowing the ribs to get charred on the grain side. 
– Apply the prepared sauce using a butter brush and toss till the ribs are well coated. 
– Line the serving platter with the saved corn leaves and place the prepared ribs on them. 
-Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and serve it immediately with the same instant barbecue sauce on the side. (Though you don’t really need any more)
