Millet Crackers
Ingredients:
• 1 cup millet flour
• 1/4 cup sesame seeds
• 1/4 cup flaxseeds
• 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
• 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 cup water (add more if needed)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the millet flour, sesame seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and salt. Mix well.
3. Add the olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until the oil is evenly distributed.
4. Gradually add water, a little at a time, while mixing, until the dough comes together. You want a firm but pliable dough.
5. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out thinly using a rolling pin. Aim for a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
6. Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the rolled-out dough into squares or rectangles to make individual crackers.
7. Carefully transfer the cut crackers onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.
9. Once done, remove the crackers from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack

Salt along with that I’m putting mix seeds yummy and Healthy people can enjoy more and think about their health as well mix nuts and I have olive oil Look at this this is all you Need consisten and we try to KN it because I’m putting hot water to get it all together Is Ising Now I’m going to put it in the oven and bake it and look at this it’s ready you can cut it into even pieces and this is going to go in the oven at 180° for 10 to 15 minutes till they’re and delicious and they will go so well with my cheese
