In this video I’m making a dish consisting of vegetables stuffed with rice and herbs. This colourful, vegan meal makes a beautiful dish for the whole family.

In this recipe I use bell peppers and courgette but you can use other vegetables that you like.

You will need:
3 medium sized courgettes
5 bell peppers
1 green pepper
10 leaves of white cabbage
500g of tomato passata
1 onion
1 cup of long grain rice
bundle of chives
3 tbsp of dried mint (or cup of fresh mint)
3 tbsp of dried parsley (or cup of fresh parsley)
2 pcs of allspice
2 bay leaves
stick of cinnamon
1 tbsp of garam masala
olive oil

In this recipe, all ingredients are gluten free so in case of gluten intolerance, you can make this dish.
