Professional dietitian so please do your own research before getting started on this journey I’m just sharing with y’all what work for me to inspire y’all to achieve these same results number two you need to know your maintenance calories for me that is 1,800 so I need

To be in a caloric deficit to lose weight and if I want to put weight on I need to eat more than 1,800 calories so knowing your maintenance calories is huge in figuring out what you need to do to lose weight the last thing you need

Is a food scale I feel like this makes everything a whole lot easier this just keeps track of your portion sizes how much you’re eating so when you need to make adjustments you go back to the scale make adjustments as need be but enough talking let me get off my Soap

Box let’s get started on the chicken Bowl our trila Bowl begins with air fried nuggets this is the star of the show I really really really love these then going in their next with some egg wides if you want to use white egg wides please go ahead I like the yellow one

Just because it makes me feel like I’m actually eating eggs um and then diced hash browns fat– free cheese a key component and then 937 ground turkey okay like I said you want to grab your food scale you want to weigh everything out just as much and I’m just baking these you can

Air FR if you want to but I don’t feel like using my air fry bringing that out I know a serving size for these is just five nuggets so I place five nuggets on the tray and I throw these in the oven for the cooking time and then going in there

And doing the same thing with the potatoes which is just 85 gam that’s a serving size I weigh everything out and this is why I really like milk prepping too I just throw everything in the oven and it makes everything a whole lot easier so throw these in the oven we can

Go ahead and get our ground beef going and I’m not going to cook everything I’m just going to show you little hacks that I think are important among the meals that we’re going to be doing today just to kind of show you an idea of how how I

Do it so you can feel inspired it’s a lot easier than you think so I just start off with the ground turkey break it up the key to this in a high protein diet is really just seasoning too because obviously it’s not going to taste like the real thing and what

Inspired this meal was I love Chick-fil-A they’re Chick-fil-A breakfast bowl killer and I was eating it one day and I just kind of thought of like how I could kind of make this healthier and so that’s all the high protein diet is it’s just finding things

That you really like to eat normally and making them healthier so that’s what I do and it turns out great and just let that Vibe out I like to just kind of cook it get nice color on it get that texture going so you have that contrast

When you bite into it like I said then go in there season it to however you like you use whatever seasonings that you love to use I like to really kind of overseason it in a sense because I’m going to freeze these and when you

Freeze them I feel like a lot a little flavor kind of goes away when you freeze them and let them like de all but whatever seasonings you love to cook in use that season this thing up we got some nice color on it this is key I

Feel like adding that texture that color to the bottom of it really goes a long way when eating healthy and then going into that same pan we just had the sausage in go in there and add your egg yolks well not egg yolks but egg whites

I feel like adding the egg whites to the same pan as the sausage gives it a little bit more flavor to it really helps the egg whites really stick out because egg whites man are they Bland taste like water I really do believe that so season these up as well with

Whatever you liking y’all know me I’m salt pepper type of guy nice pinch and then go in there with pepper and you can use whatever seasoning is for real guys I keep saying that but I think seasoning really is the key to helping it taste way tastes great and you really enjoy it

So go ahead and now you just scrambling eggs I do a hard scramble on these and we’re really reminiscing of Chick-fil-A for real we’re almost there now and now we have some nice fluffy eggs that’ll go perfect for this so we can set these to the side and now we can build our

Chick-fil-A Bowl to build our Bowl you want to take all those air fried chicken nuggets and just place them right into it comes together easy guys for real then take all that ground beef and this is specific to what I’m eating and my macronutrients that I need to hit each

Day I go in there with my eggs add all that to it last two things we need to add are potatoes oh looking delicious and then a little bit of cheese and now you have a Chick-fil-A Bowl but it looks ugly right now wead make it look pretty give it a good mix

We have our Chila Bowl looking beautiful amazing delicious and there’s a lot of food in this it’s going to get you food I think this is around 530 calories I’ll put the exact measurements up but eating meals like this every day tell me it doesn’t get any better than this but a

Little do you know it does we’ll get started on a breakfast burrito which is just as easy for our breakfast burrito it starts off with our keto carb counter tortillas amazing we’re just switching out the carbs for the air Fred nuggets now we’re going to these so put that to

The side and we’re just building a burrito guys y’all know how to build a burrito I hope so take that put that down I go in there with my eggs some people really love burritos I used to Burrito guy they’re easy convenient you can freeze them throw

Them in the microwave in the morning while you’re getting ready and I go over the top with that with the ground turkey come on now work with me turkey then the next thing I add are the potatoes I don’t know why I’m touching hot potatoes that are just out the oven

Last but not least I’m going in there with the cheese cheese is a staple for me I have to have cheese in my diet so and it looks like a lot of food right but it’s in reality it’s really not that much food it’s high volume though I will

Say that so then you just roll the burrito up this is always the tricky part these Tre were kind of small so let’s see if I got it in today take it press it down pull it back tuck it in there it’s okay and then we’ll fold that

Over and then now y’all forget I worked at chipala I was the master oh I ripped it I talked way too soon so it’s ripped a little bit but that’s perfectly okay just for the demonstration of this and then you toast it up and it’s good look

At that all those beautiful layers and you can freeze this you don’t have to cut into it like I did this is my breakfast so I’m going to eat this in a little bit throw it in the freezer the day of morning of just warm it up in the

Parchment paper it’s going to steam and get everything nice and warm and melted and it’s going to be magnificent so next we’ll get started on our Burger Burgers begin with keto bread this is amazing I buy this religiously 937 lean ground beef center cut bacon this is really the

Key to have some good bacon cheeseburger going to be amazing next we have a little bit of ultra thin fat-free cheese take all that fat away our sauce for the burgers begins with some mayo ketchup relish of course onions beef broth and a little bit of waser Shire

Sauce now we know what’s in it let’s get to making this getting start on our Burgers we’re going to start off with a quick caramelization of onions so we can make the burst sauce ever so you’re going to go in there put some olive oil in it avocado oil whatever you’re using

Don’t use too much though cuz we don’t want to consume all those extra calories and then just place that in there and then season them up and then going to go in there with some pepper and these are going to be the quickest most easiest caramelization you’ve ever eaten and

They’re going to going to taste so good we’re not going to use all that butter because we obviously want to be healthy but a nice little hack that I like to do that adds a good little flavor to it so we’ll wait for these to soften up and

Then we’re pretty much on the home stretch so once your onions have a little bit of color on it they’re starting to turn translucent to take this to the next step we’re going to add two things literally a little bit of washer sauce a nice couple glugs of that

And then I go in there with just a little bit of brief ball mix this in and just let that reduce and your onion is going to get beautiful caramelize very nicely it’s cheeter style caramelization I don’t know if this is technically caramelized onions

But a good cheeter way to do it get that good flavor as well so we’ll just let that reduce let all those onions soak up all that extra moisture as we can see we got some good color on it too it turned brown took all that color of the wash sh

And beef broth we’ll go ahead and set the onions to the side and we’ll get started on Our Patties Our Patties begin with the Ling ground beef obviously and we want to season this up I season it up very well so I do a little bit of garlic

Powder and you can use whatever season you want guys whatever floats your boat please use that so that you love it and you eat it and actually enjoy it little chili powder then we need the OG’s you know we got have a little bit of salt and last but very not

Least some Peppa and so now you just mix that up combine all that and we’re making some Nash Burgers too you know make it fun guys for real that I really put a lot of emphasis on making it fun because you’ll actually enjoy it look forward to eating it and it won’t feel

Like a chore eating it and you’ll stick to it so form you about 2 O size balls we got them seasoned up now let’s go ahead and put them in a pan cook them up and we’re done after that take your patties and then I just place them down

Right that one kind of ripped a little bit but take them and just SE them get that oil all the way around it and since you seasoned it a couple minutes on each side and then we’ll be ready to go get a nice crust form around the bottom of it and I

Like I said with the saage earlier that crust is really going to play a big role in making it taste good make it taste like a real Burger cuz obviously it’s not going to be that juicy burger that you’re looking for but it’s healthy it’s

As close as it gets but we’re going to upgrade every part that we can and then after a couple minutes on one side give it a flip you got some nice crust on it as we can see do the same thing with the other one flip and then now you just go

On top of it with your cheese cook it to however you like let that melt and now we get to assemble our healthy burger sauce begins with a little bit of fat-free Mayo you know this is just like regular burger sauce but with all healthier ingredients then we got some sweet

Relish if you don’t like this you can use just regular pickles but I find this gives me the good balance that I’m looking for then we’re going to go in there with some zero sugar ketchup ooh that’s nasty come on then you want to go in there with a little bit of must

Mustard and then the very very last thing you need is however many of those onions you want to put in there now you just give this a quick mix and you have the best healthy burger sauce you can possibly think of okay mix that up and now look at this you have something

Beautiful if you gave this to somebody and told them to try it I guarantee you they would not know that this was made with zero sugar ingredients fat fee ingredients it’s going to be amazing so now we can build our burger then we need to go with some of that burger sauce

Spread it out show love to it and that and believe it or not this whole thing comes in right under 100 calories so you can be generous with it nice a little bit down let’s go in there with our patties looking good our other Patty we going to go in there with our

Bacon this looks just like regular bacon I swear to God you would not know the difference of that and then we’ll top the top bone with a little bit more sauce go ahead and top our King just like so and you have a great healthy Burger that’s going to be amazing I

Swear this will be your favorite thing to eat on prep now I’m going to cut into it so y’all can see how truly beautiful this is just looks good tasty packed with the flavor the sauce the bacon the cheese it doesn’t get better than this a healthy double

Smash Burger I’ll take it any day of the week I’m going to go ahead Chow Down on this and then I’ll show you what we need for the chicken burrito our chicken burrito starts off with some chicken breast then coming back we need our carb counter tortillas cheese for our sauce

We’re going to be making we need a little bit of chipotle pepper sauce going in there with mayonnaise of course then going in for our toppings we have a little bit of lettuce bag lettuce shredded lettuce is the key to get shredded and then you need some Tomatoes

Super simple to season our chicken go in there with just a little tablespoon of olive oil we’ll rub that around we’re going to go in there with a little bit of garlic powder got to go crazy with garlic a little more garlic onion powder chili powder nice little couple

Things of that and then what I really like to add is just a little bit of cumin do that rub that in on this side and then we’ll go ahead and do the same thing on the other side and like I said with the burger patties guys you can use

Whatever seasoning you like whatever makes you happy please use that chicken seasoned now we can set this to the side and while our pan is heating up we can get started on our sauce which just is a little bit of mayonnaise probably a good tablespoon

And then we’ll go in there with a little bit of Chipotle and pepper sauce depending on how spicy you like it you add more if you want it really spicy add the peppers to it and now you just give this a good little mix and now you have

Something amazing that’s going to go perfect with the chicken you going to take that chicken breast and we’re going to place it in there skin side down and now we just let that cook 5 6 minutes on one side flip it over 5 6 minutes on the

Other side take it off chop it up and then we’ll be ready to build our tortilla goes down go a little bit of lettuce I like to go in there with my tomatoes next get them down now bring back all that chicken you have it’s not like Chipotle we don’t

Skimp over here make sure that when you’re cooking these recipes these do work as well if you’re not trying to be exact you can make these and still um have success with a little bit of weight loss but I like measuring everything out so let’s go over the top with a little

Bit of cheese just like so and then the last thing let’s bring back that sauce we made and drizzle it just truly amazing add all that to it now my favorite part you get to roll the burrito up get all your edges just like the breakfast burrito just press it

Together chicken don’t fall out I paid for you get all that push it in if you have some stragglers push it all in there tuck the edges or tuck the sides I should say and then now you you just simply roll it up and bang you have a

Good burrito now looking so we’ll go ahead toast this up and then I’ll see y’all show out the finished product and we have the finished product got some nice curl on it and wrap it up just like so do your thing and you have a beautiful burrito

Like it’s just so crazy to me that you always you know people always say that you can’t eat good food and lose weight but I’m here to tell you the exact opposite looking beautiful enough looking at it let’s get started on our snacks and our dessert our first snack

Begins with Greek yogurt if you know about Greek yogurt you know this is the biggest Chico packed with so much protein for a low amount of calories then you’re just adding whatever berries or fruit you like I got bananas strawberries and blueberries this reminds me of like McDonald’s yogurt’s

Parfit and you just add all that in there to it and I don’t measure the Greek yogurt out just because I can eat so much of this and still come under my macros that I need for the day so add all that to it and then I like to just

Add layers to it so now I’ll add a little bit of the blueberries to it then we’ll add some strawberries to it and then bananas come on bananas get off me get in the bowl and then I go right over the top with a little bit more

Yogurt and then you just make it look pretty if you want to add a little bit more blueberries strawberries and if you have some granola that would go great with this as well and then I go back over the top with just a few bananas just like so and then very

Optional the last thing I like to add just add a little bit more sweetness to it is a little bit of honey and you have the perfect yogurt parfait right here I’m going to go ahead and snack on this while I get ready for the next recipe which is the root beer

Float amazing for our root beer float the first ingredient we need is Halo top ice cream 360 calories for this whole thing you can really go crazy with this the next thing we need is some zero sugar root beer not the regular root beer you need zero sugar low calories

Zero calories for H can we need that the next thing we need is just some fat-free whipped cream amazing 20 calories for 2 tbsp I’ll take that and the last thing we need are some cherries I don’t even know how to pronounce this word I’m not even going try to embarrass myself but

These good every rubber float needs that so now we’ll get ready to build then you go in there get you a nice scoop of ice cream remember the whole thing is 360 calories so you can get as much ice cream as you want I doubt you’re going

To eat the whole thing but if you do make room for it in your diet and I’m kind of weird as y’all see this is peanut butter or not peanut butter but cookie dough ice cream I love having like a different flavor in my root beer
