What we’re going to do is make a couple of simple recipes so no cooking no baking anything all right boys and girls welcome to the new video in this video you probably see from the title what we’re going to do is make a couple of simple recipes so no cooking no baking

You crave something fast you want to eat something sweet or whatever in this case it’s going to be sweet most of the recipes today but since I need to prepare my creamies for tomorrow guys we’re going to start with a simple recipe creamy uh obviously right now there is a million different recipes

About the creamies you can make creamy in any sort of way shape or form you can do with that whatever you want you can make it a cheat meal you can make real low in calories you can make make lower in protein you can make lower uh in know

Carbs or high in protein high in carbs etc etc you got the point and to start with ingred that we’re going to have uh we’re going to need in my case I like cashew milk because it’s actually thicker and I do like the taste of a

Cashew milk and it’s the lowest in the calories then you can use any kind of normal milk which is lower calories I guess the fair life will be the best one I’ve been using that a lot but recently because we on a bulk I uh switched to

This uh fat-free mil milk which is Al lactose free so I’m not a lactose intolerant but uh due the high amount of food that I have right now I do want to kind of disclude anything that will upset my stomach next what we’re going to need is any kind of fat free

Sugarfree instant pudding but if you want I do use sometimes also normal puddings such as this Oro one for example or uh this Dove peanut butter but it all depends how much protein you’re going to put my probably going to be a little bit lower in the protein and

Obviously while we talking about the protein we’re going to need any kind of way isolate vegan even protein I use them all in today’s recipes I’m going to be using ghost chips aoy thank God I’m sponsored by Ghost and they probably have not probably 100% the best flavors

On the market and we have a ghost or one so you know whatever you make it can be bad because it literally tastes like chips a Hoy or a real one also what you need is obviously for a ninja uh this what you do if you didn’t know you

Prepar that day before and then you freeze it and then you put it in your creamy you probably know knew that already if you have a creamy at home what I forgot to mention if you want to be adding any kind of stuff you can also

Have on a side baking cocoa cocoa powder or obviously a powder peanut butter you can’t forget that now let’s start from our recipe so my scheme is usually always the same I start with the base which would be milk two milk milks one cup of a normal milk and one cup of a

Cashew milk now guys what I forgot actually if you want it sweeter I forgot one important ingredient that’s going to be a Stevia I do add Stevia I like sweeter things but also I don’t add too much because I am with the skinny syrups as well so sometimes I add that for an

Extra flavor in this case I’m going to add sugar-free uh vanilla just going to add a little bit more liquid as well and also a little bit more sweetness so to balance that out this is optional I would recommend though uh to add a couple of pinches of a sea salt it gives

You that a stronger flavor then for this recipe we’re going to use chips aoy now that’s what I said when it comes to the protein intake uh one scoop of this chips aoy will be 39 G for a 25 g of protein I’m only going to use 20 G but

It all depends how much you actually want to add on by the way guys ghost chips aoy already has inside I don’t know if you can see but it already has a chocolate chips I think there is one literally that you can see it even though you can obviously add on later

And now we’re going to add in this case because we already added vanilla sugar free fat free we’re going to add 10 G 10 to 15 it all depends how much flavor you want sugar free fat free pudding mix that’s pretty much going to be it for

This one now what you do you can use any kind of mixer and you just mix it around and just like that as you can see it is done now we put a lid on the top and we write down chips aoy because we’re not going

To know since we have in the fridge a lot of that goes in a freezer Now to repeat pretty much the procedure this time I only have a cashew milk so I’m going to add I’ll do two cups I’m going to add actually just for an extra flavor

This this is optional guys you don’t need this I’m just adding it kind of like enhances the flavor so I add a couple of pumps 5 G of ativia irrelevant also you don’t have to it it’s still going to be really sweet pinch of salt

Guys once again 39 G so we are adding 20 G of RA one if you want a more protein add a full scoop add a two scoops do whatever you want so 20 gram of that now the clutch we do have a this one but it’s not sugarfree for one serving which

Is 30 gram actually 1 G of uh fat 27 carbs and zero protein so what we’re going to do is we’re going to use half of this serving so which will be uh 15 G of a or one oral pudding which both my protein and this put mix has a cookies inside

Already again clutch if you want a little bit kind of even thicker consistency you can add Aenon gum if you want I don’t usually add but I will right now for you guys just to see both sides one was without and second one is so like literally a gram of aenta

Gum and once again that’s it we made both of those so this whole recipes uh right now I’m going to be putting chips a Hoy color and macros for that one just a base like this that I just made and then I’m going to put a

Calories and macros for the Oreo one I usually eat it like that but if you want to add anything on it like you can look this is a perfect base or raar chips aoy chips aoy you can add chocolate chips milk chocolate chips dark chocolate chips white chocolate whatever you want

You can add cookies chips aoy uh I do have some so that’s probably on my cheat meals yeah I would add some chips aoy cookies same or one you can add a real or Oreos inside and mix it in later all your adding ons are actually later when

Promise this is all going to be extremely simple so we are making three ingredient only cookies and now I did saw that around the internet Etc but I’m also changing a recipe a little bit for you guys but this going to be extremely simple and fast to make so first what

Three to four cookies probably only three so if you want to put more of everything you can obviously add double in in the portions and everything so you have pretty much more so I had like this is a small banana only 80 g of banana you can two bananas you can do whatever

You want we’re going to need a powdered peanut butter and we’re going to have a 20 gam of a powdered peanut butter put it in the bowl together with the banana 20 G and then the last ingredient that everyone should have at home is a b

Protein now the clutch in this ghost has all the flavors so I’m obviously using ghost 20% off with cold orian I’m going to use the nut butter so it’s going to give even a kind of a more peanut butter taste also inside of the this Nutter

Butter is just pieces of a cookie Nutter butter cookie so you’re also going to have already inside that crunchiness right that’s basically from the ingredients all that we need for this cookie now I’m going to honestly add a little pinch of a pink salt just for

Extra flavor and I’m also going to add a little little bit of ativia and also we do have a chocolate chip cookies cookies chocolate chips as well which I’m going to put in the end like top it a little bit that’s also extra you don’t need to

If you want you can put on whatever you want on top of that right so now we’re going to mix all of these ingredients together and it should turn out pretty much like a like a cookie dot texture and we got it it looks literally like a cookie dot

Actually like pretty pretty solid texture I mean this tast is fire we’re going to try to make three of those now I’m literally going to add like three chocolate chips on each one of them so they will be nine and the serving is 15 so half of a serving of a chocolate chip

I’m using the milk ones before you start doing this recipe you should preheat your oven on 350° because you’re going to bake these cookies from 8 to 12 minutes and make sure to keep an eye on it because it’s better to undercook it then overcook it of

Course this is how that looks like but we’re going to set that aside for a second because instantly I am jumping into the recipe number two you saw how simple this was and these cookies guys are going to be pumpkin cookies or in my case pumpkin spice cookies so first

Things first that you’re going to need is a pumpkin puree I always had in the fridge organic one just if I’m want to mix it with something make a cookies or whatever so we’re going to need a serving of that which is like 130 G if I

Reckon so one serving of a pumpkin puree then we’re going to have a 40 G of oats or a half of a cup which you don’t have to do this guys I blended it so and our oven is right now ready I blended it so it’s more flowery you don’t actually

Have to blend it then again 20 G of a v protein of your choice clutch once again because ghost actually has a pumpkin spice cake protein powder so this is going to mix perfectly and this one is vegan one is even better for my digestion so make sure to cop all the

Ghost proteins so you can make amazing cookies and everything you know what I mean and now again optional things but you should add the cinnamon in this as well just a couple of pinches of a cinnamon then I also adding this is my ch ch Choice pumpkin pie

Spice since protein is that Vibe we’re going to add a little bit of that as well and that’s going to be it so three ingredients pretty much I am adding again pinch of salt guys and a pinch of stevia optional you don’t have to because if

You don’t it’s going to be more cakey but I’m going to add a little bit of maple syrup guys just a little splash to kind of make it more chewy this is not a real cookie so you know you got to do what you got to do the consistency is way

Better and that’s basically it same it’s cooking cooking time is the same 350° in the oven I’m going to put them all all together I’m probably going to make four out of these because they’re way bigger and now we have a all seven cookies in my case if you can

See m m that’s interesting I’m putting them all together if the peanut butter ones are earlier done then you can just take it out and put on the plate that’s why I’m telling you to keep an eye on that also with the pumpkin ones on top

Of that I can again add chocolate chips but I kind of want to fit everything in my macros today because I’m probably going to eat all of that or for instance pecans or walnuts or anything like that to give it it more flavor but I’m just going to add a pinch of

Himalayan pink salt on the top of those and now my friends we are putting that in the O preheated oven on 350° I’m going to put my timer on 12 minutes but I’m as I said I’m going to keep an eye on that and once everything

Is done cool off I’m going to sit down and give it a taste taste for you guys so catch you in a Moment the pumpkin ones are still in the oven I’m going to leave them for like 2 minutes longer these ones I took out in around 9 minutes so pumpkin on for full 12 minutes and this one’s around 8 minutes I will say and they actually turn out to be really really

Good they actually look like a real cookie and they smell delicious so I’m going to give a bite together with the chocolate chip and still warm m not bad at all it’s not bad at all mhm Mhm this is actually pretty good obviously I will eat them warm immediately it’s more like a in between actually cookie and a cakey texture uh I actually like them I usually eat all of the warm things with ice cream so this with ice cream I wouldn’t even notice

It’s not a real cookie plain like this without ice cream you can feel it’s like kind of healthy cookie but it still tastes really really good I’m not going to lie I put the calories in macros so for one cookie of a this peanut butter uh we’re going to have a 75 calories

Only per cookie and they’re really solid cookies um 9 G of carbs 1 G of fat only and 7.5 G of a protein so so putting that on the side right now I think my pumpkin bun should be done they are done so going to let those cool for a second

And uh going to give you a taste test of that one and show you the colors of macros as Well Moment of Truth they look pretty good they are actually actually way softer just from the touch okay M oh wow wow this is actually gooey inside guys Damn this is where e easier to eat even wow fire I don’t know which one’s better consistency this one actually but taste I’m a huge peanut butter lover and on top of that we have a chocolate chips on top so it gives extra flavor going to rate for a healthy cookies well I’m

Going to rate them both n out of 10 to be honest give it a try and the macros for the pumpkin ones we had a four in the end so that was the serving per serving per one pumpkin cookie is 70 calories 10.5 G of carbs 11 G of carbs 1

G of fat and 4.5 G of a protein again really good if you want to eat the seven cookies not bad at all overall this will be like about 500 calories so pretty pretty solid I’m not going to lie and yeah give it a try I think by taste is so good not

Going to lie probably because of the ghost uh powder so be careful and wise when you you’re choosing the protein powders because that’s going to give you that flavor I absolutely love both of these definitely going to be making those again and uh yeah give it a try

Way too long but I’m going to be fast with this one because uh this one takes a little bit longer to make but not so long it’s still very easy what we’re going to be making is a chocolate protein dut Hol which sounds amazing shout out to flexible dieting lifestyle

This one I actually saw from him obviously we’re going to swap a little bit of my ingredients with this one you’re going to need a mixing bowl uh or you can put everything in a blender I do have a big and small blender but not a food processor blender so I’m definitely

Not going to re this to stick this dough in my my blenders I’m rather going to do it with a hand in a food processor will probably be better but we’re going to do it in this way this time so with that said starting with the dry ingredients 40 G of a allpurpose

Flour we going to need a 20 G of uh any kind of chocolate we highly recommend the ghost ones of course it’s stronger flavor than any other protein out there really consistency of this milk chocolate one it’s also really really uh nice and it’s sweet then we’re going to

Need 12 G of a unsweetened pretty much baking cocoa powder or this one is go-to for everyone that’s cooking or making anything with the cocoa powder then you’re going to need 5 G of any as I said already artificial sweetener Stevia blender whatever you

Want to use we’re going to use 90 G of a plain Greek yogurt and as you can see consistency is doing now the next step that he does is to leave it in the fridge for I don’t know how long but just to get it even

Firmer and then to make it a dough I’m just going to put for a couple of minutes because we’re trying to make a Fast Recipes and I do want to see how it actually works if we don’t put in the fridge then wait etc etc I want to make

This fast all right guys I left it in a fridge for like 2 minutes literally nothing much and so kind of it is kind of a sticky a little bit so now to make that D I’m going to use this just not to stick all over the counter and

Also uh grab a little bit put a little bit of flower on your fingers as well and then try to make a dough out of it like quar of an inch thick you can use the cup you can use whatever you want go to Starbucks grab a cup and roll your

Dough with that if you want to make them all equal for example you can use a like any kind of cookie cutter or stuff like that I literally have this garlic powder and I use the the lid off of that so now we’re just going to pretty

Much do this so we have exactly the same pretty much uh dut holes right now once you don’t have any more like dough to go around just roll your dough once again the holes are done and I pretty much got 10 of the dut holes now when they’re

Shaped and when they are all equal in sizes then you just roll them like this in a bowls they might not be looking at its finest right now but we got our protein dut Halls now what we’re going to do is we’re going to we’re going to

Use some nonstick spray on the bottom then we’re going to place our dut holes oh I can’t show you like that but that’s how it looks like we’re going to spray them again with a non-stick cooking spray and then 350° I’ll let it heat up for a

Minute so now I put on 6 minutes once it hits 5 minutes we are putting this inside and we are leaving it on 350° in a air fryer for 5 minutes only okay 5 minutes it is we are putting our Donuts in the air fryer and while those

Are in air fryer we’re going to make our icing guys all we need for an icing as I already said is artificial powder sugar there will be 20 G and then you can add water or whatever you want I will add 5 ml maybe 10 we’ll see I’m going to first

Add 5 ml oh you can always add more of icing or more of a liquid that’s going to be our icing consistency pretty much and this is how it’s supposed to look like also if you don’t have enough of that icing or whatever I’m just going to show

You I’m literally going to add even more because it is zero you don’t need more but I’m just saying if it doesn’t cover the whole dut you can always go for more add a little bit of more and basically then you have the to cover them all

Right and just like that guys our dut holes are done by the way in the middle around 2 and 1/2 minutes I flip them around because my dough was a little bit more sticky so it cooked from every single side and now when they are done this is how they look like next

Step guys is to put them in the bowl of a icing and then just roll them flip them around fully covered in that icing place them on the tray I’m going to repeat the process with each one of little donuts and just like that guys leave them to

Cool and for that icing basically to stick on that I will say maybe like 10 minutes or something and this is a maybe a little bit longer procedure than the previous recipes that I showed you still it took me only like 10 minutes to finish this but I’m really interested

How this going to taste like so catch you in a second And we are back guys finally but after you have made them in an air fryer you should probably eat them while they’re still warm because uh they’re going to be a little bit drier after leaving them in the fridge obviously you can still eat them it’s not going to be exactly

The same taste so it’s better to eat them while they’re still fresh so obviously I’m going to give you a taste test of uh right now after 5 minutes being out this is how it looks right now honestly looks amazing I’m pretty interested how this going to taste so cheers oh wow
