Clean and boil the sogri, heat oil roast some coarsely grinded moon dal ki badi add your regular spices jeera, haldi, dhaniya, mirch and ginger green chili. Add in the boiled sogri along with some water and salt, cover and cook until done. Lastly add aamchur pd, and prepare a tempering using ghee, jeera, hing and mirch and pour it on the cooked sabzi and dig in 😋.
