Ingredients Required:
Green peppercorns (Piper Nigrum)– few as per preference (either whole or crushed)
Fenugreek leaves – some (chopped)
Coriander – some (chopped)
Potato – 1 medium size (diced)
(using 1 to 2 tablespoon of oil, fry potatoes and cook them completely before adding to the omelette)
Onion – 1 medium size (finely chopped)
Carrot – 1 (grated)
Green chilies – 1 (finely chopped)
Eggs – 2 (free range country eggs used in recipe)
Groundnut oil used – 1 to 2 tablespoons to cook omelette both sides.
A pinch of turmeric powder
A pinch of jeera/cumin powder
A pinch of fennel powder
Salt as per taste
