In this video I am sharing how to make Gluten Free, No Egg and No knead bread buns. These buns are crispy from outside and soft from inside. This is one of the healthiest and easiest buns recipe. You can eat them by toasting, make sandwiches/burgers. These buns are way more nutritious and healthier than regular breads.
Ingredients needed for the recipe:
150-200g warm water
2 tbsp honey
5g dry yeast
200g millet flour(Ragi, little millet, jowar and rice flour)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp tapioca
2 tbsp potato starch
Pinch of xanthum gum
