Recipe:
For Salsa:
1 Onion – Finely Chopped
1 Tomato – Finely Chopped
Coriander – Few fresh leaves
Mix all chopped ingredient and your salsa is ready.
Egg – 1
Salsa – 2 TSP
Salt – as per taste
Black pepper – as per taste
Chat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Dough – enough for 1 parantha
Procedure:
Take the dough and shape it in a round ball and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin. Now, whisk the egg in a bowl and a pinch of salt in it and cook it from both the side (or from one side as per your preference).
Now put the cooked egg on one side of the parantha and put 2 full spoons of salsa on it and add some chat masala and sprinkle some black pepper on it.
Make a roll and wrap it properly in a silver foil or butter paper wrap.
Serve with tomato sauce.
