Miss any and I went through my pantry and cabinets and fridge to see what I have hopefully I don’t miss anything and I have everything here if not I’ll try to put a picture on the screen of whatever I’m talking about but let’s go ahead and get started so I don’t even
Really have an order other than what I wrote on the board and I kind of just wrote out the ones that I used the most at the top and then I just kept thinking of things so starting with the first one I have barbecue sauce and like I said
All of these are options that are just lower in point so if you follow Weight Watchers which is what I use to track throughout my weight loss and maintenance journey I just tried to find lower Point options which usually means they’re lower in calories or fat or
Sugar it could be a few different things that adjust the points but when I do look for sauces I do try to find ones that don’t have a lot of added sugar that don’t have really high amount of calories and yeah that’s pretty much just what I go off of so starting with
The first one I don’t have the points for the original what I used to eat but for regular barbecue sauce I feel like it could be anywhere from like four to five points for 2 tablespoons definitely because I’ve added sugar usually but this is the one that I love this is the
Barbecue sauce I pretty much only use I don’t really have any other barbecue sauces there was another brand that I did like but I haven’t gotten that in a while it was like lilies or something I’ll have to double check this is the sweet baby rays no sugar added barbecue
Sauce so I’m almost done with this one this is the sweet and Smokey and then over here I also have the sweet and spicy so both of the are really good they also I think just have like an original one so for 2 tablespoons it’s zero points on Weight Watchers if you
Have 3 tablespoons it goes up to a point but I don’t think I usually use that much or if I did I don’t even know if I’d really track it four barbecue sauce which is something I used to eat all the time before my weight loss journey I
Still eat it and if I’m somewhere and they just have regular barbecue sauce of course I’ll eat it but at home when I can control the sauce I like to use the sweet baby rays then the next thing I wrote was Mayo I still do use mayonnaise
I didn’t use it all the time although it is something that I’ve always liked to put on my sandwiches so I do have it for like tuna salad chicken salad and sandwiches that’s probably what we use it for the most sometimes for different like sauces or pasta that I make I use
It I just like to use light mayo I’ve actually tried a few Brands even like the helmond I did not like I’ve tried the I think Whole Foods brand the one time we went there and we really didn’t like that one so I have just preferred
This one for the flavor I know there’s probably better options but for me this is just something that’s made my weight loss Journey sustainable I don’t really use it that often but it’s something that we usually have in the the fridge it’s 35 calories for a tablespoon and
One point it’s got 3 G of fat and two carbs and yeah it just works well for different recipes and stuff like that again I don’t use it all the time but it’s nice to just have it on hand and that’s just the mayonnaise I found that
Works for me and if you look it up in the WW app a regular tablespoon of mayo is usually three points so it’s two points less and that’s why it’s just a good option for me then when it comes to ketchup honestly I am not that picky we
Just have found this one that we like the taste of and it’s pretty much the same as other ketchups it’s one point for a tablespoon you could have two tablespoons for a point but if you have three it goes up to two points but this is just from Trader Joe’s it’s just
Their organic ketchup I don’t even know why we even started buying it but when we were looking for a lower Point option than the one we used which I think was like two points for a tablespoon we found this and it just is something that we’ve continued to buy so since we
Started our weight loss journey in April of 2020 we’ve just bought this as our ketchup and that’s what we use again something that I don’t use that often though I just use it sometimes for like fries potatoes or eggs for a tablespoon it is 1 point like I said 20 calories
Five carbs it does have 4 g of sugar and three of that is added sugar so this is the ketchup that we like to use okay Ranch so this is probably the first one I should have said because it’s the sauce that I used the most beforehand
And the sauce that I used the most now honestly just as like a dipping sauce but also I like to use it for different recipes whether it’s like a buffalo ranch recipe or even if I do something with barbecue I really really like Ranch so the option that works best for me
With ranch is 100% bolt house ranch I love their dressing so much so this is the classic Ranch it’s 2 points for 2 tablespoons it’s got 50 calories 3 and 1/2 G of fat three carbs and 2 g of sugar so this is just a really good
Option for me because like I said it’s two points the other Ranch I used to eat would be like five to six points for that same serving so it really does add up when you think about it when it comes to sauces and that’s why it’s been so
Important for me to swap some of these out because I actually haven’t really tracked sauces consistently on my weight loss journey and it still just worked for me to not even track them because I use low Point options and I do really try to stick to the servings if I can
But this is the Bol house classic Ranch they also have a newer fire chili Ranch which is so good also two points for 2 tablespoons definitely worth it for that serving usually when I add Ranch to a bowl I only do a tablespoon so it’s only
One point but if I’m using it as a dipping sauce I’ll use 2 to three tablespoons and then some other favorites from Bolt house so those are just some yogurt dressings this is another one of the yogurt dressings and it’s the honey mustard this one is so
Good with chicken and I just love to use it for different bowls whether it’s like a cob salad bowl or something like that it’s just a really good honey mustard option this one’s also 2 points for 2 tablespoons 45 calories it’s got 2 G of
Fat five carbs 5 g of sugar and a gram of protein but again just a lower option because that’s another thing when I used to get like restaurant sauces and stuff I would always get honey mustard or honey Deon like different dipping sauces like that and those are so high in
Calories some of the containers are like 6 to 7even points just for the small one like at Chick-fil-A and stuff and so finding that a lower Point option has been so nice and I really do enjoy the taste of it and then the last bolt house
Dressing that I have with me is this classic balsamic it’s so good it’s only 1 point for 2 tablespoons so I really like to use it for different like tomato basil type recipes or even like pasta salad it’s 30 calories for 2 tablespoons a half gram of fat it’s got five carbs
And 5 g of sugar and I just think it works really well balsamic can also be a really high point dressing I actually used to work at Pop belly sandwiches and their balsamic was very high in calories and I never noticed it but it was was so
Good and I think that this has just as good a flavor it might be a little bit of a different consistency but I really like these and they also work well as marinades bolt house has a few other dressings that I also really like they’ve got some different other Ranch
Flavors they’ve got a good blue cheese dressing although I’m not a huge fan of blue cheese I do like that dressing for different like Buffalo recipes and stuff like that they also have a good Italian dressing that I like to use for pasta salads and I just highly recommend bolt
House if you see them I think I usually get them from pretty much anywhere they have them at Walmart I’ve gotten them in Aldi Target and any grocery store I pretty much go to I usually can find them in the refrigerated section okay then the next thing I wrote down was
Sour cream I do use sour cream a decent amount when it comes to different like Mexican dishes or if I’m having like progis I do like to have sour cream with progis or bowls stuff like that so I do use sour cream every now and then and again for different recipes if I’m
Making like a dip or something like that but when I do I like to use the light sour cream like this so this one specifically is 2 points for 2 tbspoon but I have found other light options that are only one point for 2 tablespoons this one’s 2 points it’s 35
Calories 2 and 1/2 G of fat and it’s got 2 g of protein and it’s just with skin milk so it’s fewer calories fewer points and that’s why I like to use this instead I really don’t notice much of a difference I know a lot of people will
Say to use non-fat Greek yogurt as a substitute and sometimes I like to there are certain recipes I feel like that it works for me and if I put enough like seasoning and stuff but if I can and I need like a sour cream or something I
Will usually use this because I do just prefer the flavor of the sour cream so Daisy light sour cream but they have other brands usually I buy I think like the Great Value one if they have it but that’s just a good option for a light sour cream option that’s only one point
Per tablespoon okay the next thing another thing that I used to eat all the time before my weight loss journey and we would just buy the different jars of it like I don’t even know what other jars it was very similar to these but this is just one I found that’s low
Point and allowed me to have queso in moderation and just stay consistent with my journey so this is the past nacho jalapeno queso I actually used to love the Trader Joe’s queso and they got rid of it and it’s been gone for years now but when I first started my journey that
Was one thing that I found and I used to eat it all the time they got rid of it and that’s when I found this one this one’s pretty good I don’t know if I like it as much as the Trader Joe’s I think I kind of do honestly it’s been so long
Since I’ve had that one this one is 1 point for 2 tablespoons it’s got 35 calories 2 and 1/2 G of fat and three carbs and I usually just heat it up and add it to burritos or nachos or taco bowls anything that I want queso with
This is the ques so that I usually use this has become a favorite of mine it’s only one point for the serving so even having like a twoo serving isn’t that bad and you can have a good portion of it okay the next one I wrote was actually honey mustard but I already
Shared that one so for honey mustard I just used this although going along with mustard usually that’s a pretty low Point option to begin with regular mustard and stuff or different like stone ground mustards which is what we like to use on our sandwiches when we do
Like turkey or lunch meat sandwiches I found this one at Walmart and it quickly became one of my favorite sauces it is the Arizona Heat coups mustard for a teaspoon it’s 10 calories and it’s got a carb and a gram of sugar but that serving is zero points if you have two
Teaspoons it does go up to a point but then you can have up to five teaspoons for one point so you can have a good amount of this almost 2 tablespoons of it which it is pretty spicy so I don’t usually use that much sometimes I like
To add it into my tuna salad or chicken salad or especially egg salad or doubled eggs it adds really good flavor but I also just like to use it on my sandwiches and it adds like I said a lot of flavor for a little serving and it’s either zero points or one point
Depending on the serving I use but this is a really good one okay the next sauce that I wrote down is taziki and this is something that I just use mostly on my Greek bowls or any type of Greek inspired meals that we have or with like
Falafel and stuff or couscous I really like to use this as a sauce on them but also as just like a dip with cucumbers and stuff but I definitely use it as a sauce more so that’s why I wanted to include it this isn’t the brand that I
Use the most this is just one that I do buy when I see it it is bores head and it is a Greek yogurt dip so it is one point for the serving so I really like to get Greek yogurt tziki like this there’s also one at Aldi that I like to
Buy and Meer has one that’s even lower Point than those two this is lower point because it’s made with Greek yogurt so you can have two tablespoons for one point it’s got 30 calories 2 G of fat one carb and 1 g of protein and like I
Said I mostly just like to use it for different bowls as a sauce on top it’s really good it adds good flavor and you can have a decent serving with the Greek yogurt type t like this okay the next thing I wrote was pasta sauce meaning
Like red sauce I used to buy just like jars of I can’t even think of what the brand was it wasn’t regu it was prago I think it was Pao that I used to buy is that what it’s called maybe I’m wrong about that but anyway I used to buy the
Jars of tomato sauce and just pour it into pasta and we would just have a simple dinner but I didn’t realize how much added sugar was in those sauces a lot of the time and I just wasn’t really aware of it so when I became aware of
That and realized how high in points they were I just started buying the cans of tomato sauce from Trader Joe’s so this is just plain tomato sauce that’s pretty much the only ingredient is just tomato puree it’s 20 calories for 1/4 cup and zero points on Weight Watchers
It’s got four carbs a gram of fiber 2 g of sugar and usually all I have to do is add some seasoning to it so I like to add some oregano some basil sometimes fresh basil is really good and garlic salt I have some different seasoning
Mixes too that work well in it and I just make it flavorful and then it’s a simple pasta sauce and it works really well but it’s not loaded with sugar which I even noticed with the pasta sauces that have the added sugar to them it always gives me heartburn and so with
This especially the Trader Joe’s one it doesn’t give me heartburn it’s zero points and it’s flavorful I love doing that that’s pretty much what I’ve done for pastas for pizza sauces anytime I need a red sauce or like a dipping sauce that’s how I make it I just always make
Sure to have some Trader Joe’s tomato sauce on hand because then it’s zero points okay the next thing I said is teriyaki so I have a couple first of all just soy sauce or coconut aminos I like to use just to add flavor to dishes so a
Lot of rice dishes or veggie mix or stir fries that’s just a good zero point option that I like to use but for teriyaki I have two that I’ve really been enjoying so I really like any of the G Hughes teriyakis this is their orange ginger marinade this is just the
One that I have right now but it’s 5 calories for a tablespoon one carb and 1 g of protein and it’s zero points for up to 3 tablespoons so this works really well with chicken or even just like veggies if I’m going to be making a stir
Fry and it’s zero points so very low Point some teriyakis are super high in points because they have a lot of sugar actually the one that I don’t have with me that I still use but just from time to time and sometimes I’ll use like half
Of that and half of this I like to buy the Panda Express teriyaki sauce I think it’s like their Mandarin teriyaki it’s got really good flavor and sweetness but for two tablespoons it’s four points usually I’ll just add like a tablespoon in and then do a few tablespoons of this
And it adds a lot of flavor but keeps it lowering points so I don’t have that one with me right now I’ll put it on the screen but it’s just a Panda Express teriyaki super good it’s sweet and I really do like to use it and you don’t
Really need much especially with like veggies and chicken but I also have some lower Point options but then I also have this one which is actually the same as the Panda Express one we got this one recently and it’s the Kinder’s Japanese barbecue sauce so it’s with soy ginger
And garlic it’s a sauce and a glaze and this is another one that I don’t need that much of especially if I’m cooking like broccoli and pea pods I can just drizzle a little bit on there and it adds some good flavor with the soy sauce
But for one tablespoon it’s 2 points 30 calories it’s got seven carbs 6 gram of sugar and 1 gr of protein so this definitely is higher in Sugar this is what I’m talking about them being higher but that’s why I like to just have both
Options on hand and I can do a little of each and that way it adds good flavor and keeps it low point the next thing I wrote was syrup just because I figured that would count as a sauce we don’t use syrup that much honestly a lot of times
When I make pancakes or french toast I like to either top them with a little bit of like light whipped cream or something and berries and then I don’t usually want syrup anyway cuz I just like the berries and whipped cream but if I don’t use that we usually do like
To buy a sugar-free syrup I don’t have any right now we need to buy more but that is one thing that I don’t mind getting as a sugar-free option I’ve talked about before how certain products really mess up our stomachs and they just don’t make us feel good with the
Syrup we use such a little amount and we rarely use it and when we do use it we don’t notice that it affects our stomach so usually and I’ll pop it on the screen I think we do like the Hungry Jack sugar-free or no sugar added syrup and
That one’s a good option for a point or two but we recently found this one and although it’s a higher syrup option it’s really good and I like that it is berry so this is four points for 2 tablespoons like I said it is High Point syrup
Usually is 1 tablespoon is usually the serving I do for two points but for two tablespoons it’s got 60 calories 14 carbs and 14 g of sugar so it’s high in sugar it is the Kodiak super fruit syrup and it’s mostly just made with Blackberry puree raspberry puree and
Blueberry juice so it’s got good flavor it really reminds us of of like Berry syrup from a restaurant and like I said I can just do like a one tbspoon serving for two points with some berries and whipped cream and it is so good this is a syrup we’ve been liking recently but
If I don’t use this one I do really like to just use the sugar-free option although I don’t have syrup that often okay then I just wrote je sauces because there are some other ones that we like that I actually don’t have right now I do have this one this is their thousand
Island dressing which we like when we have any type of Reuben recipe it just works well as a good lower Point option because Thousand Island dressing is pretty high in point actually let me look up how much it is usually so usually thousand island is 5 Points for
2 tablespoons this one is 2 points for two tablespoons so there is no added sugar it’s got 60 calories 6 G of fat and one carb and this is just a good lower Point option so this is usually found by like the different Jus dressings they also have some other ones
That we enjoy they have one that’s like a Chick-fil-A sauce they have one that’s like a fry sauce and then like a bang bang shrimp I think are the ones that we like again I’ll pop the pictures on the screen but the those are just other lower Point options that again they
Might be points for the sauce so it might seem like it’s high point if they’re like two points for 2 tablespoons but compared to one packet of Chick-fil-A sauce that is six points for that little thing it’s six points and so the J sauce I think you can have
That serving for like two points and that’s where it just is worth it and those little swaps really really do make a difference with cutting out some of that extra sugar and the calories okay then that’s all that I wrote down but then I grabbed a few others out of the
Fridge so I just figured peanut butter and jelly I would count this is a recent one that found this is a reduced sugar raspberry preserves from Trader Joe’s it’s 1 point for the serving of a tablespoon and 25 calories it’s got 7 carbs and 6 g of sugar and it just works
Really well as a jelly option I don’t really eat jelly that often but when I’m craving a PB&J it’s a good option for that and then for peanut butter with that I’ve also really been enjoying this Trader Doe’s peanut butter it’s five points for the serving of 2 tablespoons
Which usually when I have it I only use one tablespoon because it is super runny and liquidy so it kind of just like runs off the same sandwich you can’t really see it in there but it’s not really sweet at all it just pretty much tastes like peanut butter without a bunch of
Added sugar and I kind of like that especially because you get the sweetness from the jelly so this is just a lower Point option for peanut butter which is usually like six or seven points for 2 tspoons and that’s just what I’ve been buying lately I also do like to use nuts
And more I talk about them a lot I don’t know if you wouldd consider this a sauce but instead of peanut butter I like to use these higher protein spreads that have a little bit less sugar okay then a couple other sauces so like enchilada sauces I love this one from Trader Joe’s
It’s got kind of a plain flavor but I think it just works really well when I’ve got a bunch of other like veggies and chicken and stuff it’s like the perfect sauce to top enchiladas with or tacos or burritos or whatever I’m making you can have up to a/ cup for one point
But the serving is 1/4 cup for 30 calories 1 and 1/2 G of fat four carbs and a gram of protein and then the other Taco type sauce I love to use actually first this is the other enchilada sauce I like to use this is the green enchilada sauce from CTIC
This one is 25 calories for 1/4 cup it’s got a gram of fat five carbs 1 G of fiber 2 g of sugar and 1 g of protein and this is another one that you can have up to a/2 cup for one point so it’s the perfect sauce to top different
Things especially when I bake them in the oven I feel like it’s so good and I’ve also mixed this one with sour cream and made kind of like a sour cream sauce that’s really good but a good low Point option then the last taco sauce mild
Taco Bell sauce is my favorite this is zero points zero calories and I just love add it to different foods to make it taste like Taco Bell because it helps me to satisfy that craving and I just like Taco Bell B sauce then Adam’s not here but I have to mention Buffalo
Because of him so this is Adam’s favorite buffalo sauce it is the Sweet Baby Ray buffalo wing sauce it’s 20 calories for a tablespoon 2 G of fat and it’s got one carb and on Weight Watchers you can have one tablespoon for zero points if you have two tablespoons it’s
Technically a point although I don’t think he tracks this one but he also recently found this Kinder’s wing sauce it is is their buttery Buffalo flavor so this one is 25 calories it’s got 2 G of fat and one carb and this one is one point for 1 tblspoon but you can have
Two tablespoons for one point as well so pretty similar to this one although this one’s zero for 1 tablespoon this one’s one this is one that I think we got from like Sam’s Club because it’s the bigger bottle and he just loves being able to drizzle it on and stuff but that’s a
Good option for him because he loves his buffalo sauce and I think I went over everything so I’m sure I’m missing some sauce but these are definitely the ones that we repurchase the most that we have on hand the most and that I just use the most I love sauces especially just like
I said ranch and dipping sauces type things like that even queso all of these sauces I use at least one of them pretty much daily so this is just how I’ve been able to stay on track with my weight loss and maintenance Journey having lower Point options like this that allow
Me to even have a little bit of a bigger serving of the sauce if I want but a lot of time I try to really keep it at the regular serving that it is and that’s just what’s worked best for me so let me know what your guys’ favorite sauces are
