Ingredients:
-zucchini ( 1 )
-Onion ( 1 )
-Green chillies ( 2 )
-Salt ( 1/3 tsp )
( Leave for 5 minutes )
-Rice( washed ,soaked 4,5 hours )( 1 cup )
-Boiled potatoes ( 2 )
-Ginger chopped ( 1 tbsp )
-Black paper (1/3 tsp)
-Zucchini water(squeeze zucchini)
-Water (to make smooth batter)( as required )
( Grind to make smooth batter)
-Batter
-tadka (olive oil 2 tbsp +Cumin seeds+ 1dry red chilli)
-Yogurt ( 2 tbsp )
-Zucchini ( squeezed )
-Coriander
-salt ( to taste )
-Baking powder ( 1/3 to 1/2 tsp )
Mix well
For cooking:
-Olive oil ( as required )
