3 tbsp (40g) vegetable oil 3 tbsp (40g) unsalted butter, melted 1 cup (240g) buttermilk 1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract Whisk to combine Incorporate the flour-oat mixture 1 pound (450g) apples, about 2-3 apples Peel and core cut into small pieces Incorporate into the batter 9×5-inch (23×13 cm) loaf pan lined with parchment paper
