GARLIC BUTTER PRAWNS
Ingredients:
1 cup Mountain Dew or sprite
600g Banana Prawns
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp dried parsley
4 cloves garlic minced
1 large diced onion
1/4 teaspoon group black pepper
1 tsp vegetable seasoning/ or seafood stock powder

Instructions:
1. Marinate Prawns in 1 cup of Mountain Dew
2. Saute minced garlic and diced onion in 2tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil
3. Put marinated Banana Prawns and cook for 1 minute or until the colour turns orange
4. keep turning and tossing to cook Prawns on both sides
5. Add pepper, vegetable seasoning and parsley
6. Serve and enjoy
