So just got back from uh shopping don’t even have all of this stuff put away yet um but the kids needed their lunch because it’s almost one o’clock and so they just have some um veggie crackers cucumbers um these peanut butter pretzels and then they’re each having a hard-boiled egg right now
Just that we had leftover in the fridge this is not a typical lunch for the kids today um i had a bunch of phone calls that i was on and off with earlier today so our kind of routine was off a bit so i was doing my workout over lunch
And so the kids had ethan wanted half a bagel and we had protein pancakes for breakfast so lily wanted um one of those so they had that and then about an hour later they shared a cliff bar and now they’re just going to have some plain greek yogurt
Plain greek yogurt mixed in with some strawberry kefir so this has quite a bit of sugar in there so i don’t need to add honey or anything to it and then they can add some granola if they want they also had a couple pieces of cucumbers
That i had left over from when i was making my salad so they’ll just mix that up a little better it looks it’s not combined exactly yet so they’ll just mix that up a little bit and then um yeah that will be the rest of their lunch and it
Is 20 after two so that should tie them over until supper their lunches for today very simple veggie crackers and veggie straws which no longer have any veggies in them anymore cucumbers a handful of the peanut butter pretzel bites and then in here half the container is
Just this like trail mix which has uh raisins almonds peanuts sunflower seeds cashews pumpkin seeds and then on top of that i put some raw cashews in there as well which they both enjoy so this is the kind of lunch that they really enjoy having they like to have a variety of things
And like these and these are treats to them so you know you can’t go wrong there okay here’s lily’s lunch ethan’s already started on his um just some bell peppers some trail mix some rice um rice cake with peanut butter on it and then some ritz crackers
Down there and they had a snack about two hours ago of greek yogurt and um kefir and granola so um they’re not even hungry yet for this but um it’s there and they can snack on it over the next hour or so which is pretty typical with their lunches so
That’s it okay so their lunches today um yummy cucumbers the peanut butter pretzel bites uh greek yogurt with strawberry kefir hemp hearts and then the granola really really simple to put together
