This is our favorite recipe for homemade maple coconut popcorn! We love sweet, decadent desserts, but sometimes you need a healthy alternative as well. This recipe incorporates the natural sweetener of maple syrup with the salty goodness of popcorn to create an irresistible tasty snack. We love making caramel corn for an easy, healthy dessert, and for a snack night!

Popcorn Recipe:
8 cups of popped Popcorn (two bags of microwave popcorn)
1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Prepare popcorn and transfer to the lined baking sheet. Remove any popcorn seeds from the pan. In a small sauce pan, on medium heat, add in the maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the baking soda. This will make the mixture very foamy. Pour your caramel over the popcorn and mix. Bake for 7 minutes. Stir once half way through baking. Remove from the oven and stir once more. Let cool completly on the pan. Enjoy!

We absolutely love delicious decadent flavorful homemade desserts we don’t mind full fat full sugar cream butter you know all of the goodness but believe it or not we also like to make homemade healthy desserts as well so today we want to share with you our coconut Maple kettle corn
Recipe for this recipe you’re going to need 8 cups of popped popcorn we either use microwavable popcorn orn or air popcorn maple syrup coconut oil vanilla salt and baking soda all right let’s get started preheat your oven to 350° F make sure you have your popcorn all popped and ready to go whichever way you like to make It Then line a large baking sheet with parchment paper go ahead and transfer the popped popcorn onto the lined baking sheet spreading it out evenly we do our best at this point to remove any unpopped seeds popcorn seeds or kernels from the pan just so no one breaks a tooth Later now let’s head into the kitchen and in a small saucepan on medium heat add in the maple syrup coconut oil vanilla and Salt Let this mixture simmer for about 5 minutes or So Quick timeout friends I want to hop on here and tell you about these beautiful hand painted and printed cards that Marie has created they are gorgeous you send cards I send cards everybody sends cards these are perfect for all of you check them Out Remove from the Heat and stir in the baking soda this will make the mixture very foamy and bubbly and beautiful you are creating a caramel on this stove Top now back to the dining table pour your caramel sauce over the top of the popcorn drizzling it and putting it down Evenly Give it a Stir For Yeah And then bake for around 7 minutes this process does not take long at all so make sure you stay close by stir up the caramel corn halfway Through And once it is done remove from the oven and stir it once more then simply let it cool completely on the Pan I Transfer to your bowl of choice and Enjoy if your family is anything like mine this kettle corn will not last but a few minutes in your house the coconut oil brings a delicious depth of flavor not super coconuty like if you’re not a fan but it gives it such a nice hint of flavor that you almost
