The ingredients in these are super simple all you need is ginger lemon and water but if you want to spice it up a bit give it a little bit of taste you can also add in some turmeric and you can add honey for Taste the mount I made

Every time I see this it’s just like a cute little constant reminder of my goals so I do encourage you guys to write down your goals I was scrolling through my notes on my phone and found my new year goals from last year and I literally almost did every single one of
Those goals on that list which is crazy to me because I had some big goals on that list and I literally did almost all of them so writing down those goals or making a vision board definitely does help even though it might be challenging or hard in the moment when you look back
A year later you’re going to be like wow I literally reached all those goals I’m so proud of myself so I definitely encourage you guys to either write down your goals or make a vision board to just keep track of your goals and keep you motivated throughout the year Right Oh Ready for the gym feeling cute looking good now we got to take our vitamins like to take them after I eat breakfast it just makes it a lot easier to take but we are all ready to get to the gym and have a great workout we’re hitting some upper body today it’s push
Day so we’re doing chest triceps and shoulders we’re going to kill today let’s get to the Gym I I Never [Applause] Together I I I Got back from the gym we had the great workout I am super hungry and we’re going to make some lunch if you’re looking for quick and easy meals the air fryer is your best friend so lunch and dinner will be made in air fryer and my
Lunch I am making air fried wings and these These Wings Are literally bomb so let’s just get to the kitchen and start cooking so these are the seasonings I’m going to be using for this air fried chicken very light in sodium but y’all it’s so good you don’t need too much
Sodium and you don’t need oil at all for this recipe paprika and turmeric the paprika turmeric and Mrs Dash has zero sodium in it and then I have this jerk seasoning which does have 140 Mig of sodium so we’re going to go light on
This one and then this one is key let me tell you again this is key to this recipe being absolutely freaking amazing you need this this the fish and meat sauce and this one has 105 mg sodium per teaspoon so again you go very light on It now all I do is just put this on and go on the menu and then we put it on wings Start it it’s at 360 and I believe it’s going to cook for 20 minutes Y’all I made this in literally less than 15 minutes there should be no reason why you cannot stick stick to your goals okay don’t say you’re too busy I have the Airy tricken wings I made a mediumsized plantin I already had some green beans left over so now we’re getting into dinner
Which is the same concept as breakfast and lunch one protein one carb and one vegetable keeping it very simple but for my carb Source I am using a brown rice I usually like to use Brown instead of white because Brown has more nutrients and is a little bit healthier than white
White rice and then we are making some more green beans because for some reason I am so obsessed with green beans and they’re super easy to Make now we’re using the air fryer again for dinner if you’re on the go you’re busy you don’t have a lot of time to cook the air fryer will literally be your best friend so we’re making tilapia which I had some leftover along with a little
Bit of shrimp I found in my freezer so with this I just threw all of it in the air fryer season it up basically using the same seasonings I used for lunch and then I just chopped up the tilapia once it was done so that way it was like a
Little protein mix but it was super yummy this is dinner add on one cup of rice one cup of vegetables and about 4 ounces of meat and here’s dinner it looks absolutely delicious and then of course we always need our glass of wine so I’m finishing up my cute little cup
