Ingredients
1-Bajra-120gm
2-Onion-30gm
3-Carrot-25gm
4-Coriander leaves-2tbsp
5-Cumin seeds-1/2tsp
6-Salt-as per taste
7-Oregano-1tsp
8-Oil-Few drops
9-Green chili
Method
1-In a bowl add bajra atta, chopped vegetables and cumin seeds, salt 1 cup water.
2-Mix well keep it aside for 10mins.Again add 2 cups water, oregano and mix well.
3-Heat the pan grease it with little oil.
4-Pour the dosa mixture on tawa and cook it until it become crispy.
