3 pickles
1/2 cup (80 g) mayonnaise
Juice of half a lemon
1 sheet of nori seaweed
2 tbsp fresh dill

We will need 2 cups cooked chickpeas. Mush the chickpeas using the back of a fork or a potato masher. Chop finely 1 medium red onion.

Chop in small pieces 3 small pickles. Dice 1 celery stalk. Place all the vegetables in a bowl. Season with salt and ground black pepper after your own taste and preference. Add 1/2 cup of light mayonnaise, you can substitute with yogurt if you want to avoid the mayonnaise.

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Stir to combine all the ingredients together. Chop a few sprigs of fresh dill and add them to the salad. Crumble 1 nori sheet into small pieces. Mix and taste, adjust the seasonings to your taste.
