Preface this because I know people are like sensitive about this subject what works for me is going to work for you and also we are not doing this to lose weight we’re literally just doing it because we were eating and drinking like whatever we wanted around the holidays
And we were both just like we need to cleanse so I thought it would be fun to like incorporate some of the recipes and like ideas if you guys are wanting to do like a new year cleanse as well I’m going to start this off with a little
Smoothie this morning we got a recipe from this book Ryan is reading so I can put it on the screen or down below it’s very all over the place like the ingredients I’m I’m like so confused how these flavors are going to work together I’m like kind of scared probably not

It’s lunch time so I just started chopping up all my veggies I just did four big carrots um a stock of celery I’m supposed to add spinach in at the end I’m just boiling my chicken right now I put it in some chicken broth with
A bunch of spices so I have about 18 minutes left for that I’m going to sauté all of these with just a little bit of olive oil I actually forgot an onion so it’s fine we’re just going to use some onion powder I guess but yeah that’s a

Weirdest mixture so we’ve been doing better smoothies we kind of just do a smoothie that like we would always do but with um almond butter instead of peanut butter and like that plain sugar-free protein powder instead of like a chocolate protein powder so I’m feeling like pretty normal but I just
Wanted to check in with you guys because I don’t think I’m going to keep filming about this detox because I don’t know the recipes are going to be like very repetitive hi guys future me editing this right now I wanted to share some thoughts now that the detox is over
I know a lot of girls have a similar issue with bloating I feel like my stomach is just always kind of bloated like not terrible I definitely noticed bloating after the detox I felt significantly less puffy all over and I truly think that was because of sugar
Intake and Grains as well I eat so many grains like so many glutenfree crackers and rice I could live off rice I would eat it like probably every day my stomach just felt better overall so I just wanted to share that that’s really the main thing that I noticed I feel
Like I’m always kind of energized cuz I don’t drink coffee so I don’t rely on caffeine I’m always like a morning person I feel like I always get pretty good sleep only the real thing that I noticed was like bloating and digestion anyways yeah just a little post detox
Update so I was thinking of like transforming this into a actual Vlog I need to go run some errands I need to go to UPS I need to pick up the fifth dog Ryan’s whole family gets back from Hawaii tomorrow so I need to pick up Ryan’s parents dog who’s also a weenie
The Vlog has probably seen her before but her name’s Abby she’s the tiniest one and then I need to also run another errand so that’s what my Friday is looking like it is almost 11:00 I’ve just been like working and doing some laundry but I hope you guys enjoyed the little detox p
Portion also the app the workout app that I use is called Playbook it’s amazing there’s so many workouts you can choose from they give you like timers they give you um exactly how many reps and like weights and stuff like that so if you guys are looking for a good
Workout app I definitely recommend Playbook because I’m the type that like goes to the gym like I don’t know what I should be doing like I’m such a class kind of girl but the Playbook app is amazing definitely check it out I think it’s like $100 a year and it literally

They’re so good literally they are just made out of seeds and like some spices um but they’re amazing and I love like either crunching these up and like putting them in here or just like having them as like a little side with my salads so this is lunch I’m starving
It’s 2:00 so going to eat this and then probably head to the gym probably looks like I haven’t even moved from this morning but I just ate lunch and I lied I’m not going to the gym I just like it’s not the day it’s so cold outside
