Have this melt in mouth hot milk cake with only 45 calories per slice
🌸 Ingredients
1.Eggs: 2, small (roughly 40 grams each)
2.All purpose/Whole wheat/Oat/Almond flour: 4 tablespoons (7.5 grams per tablespoon)
3. No calorie sweetener: 3-4 tablespoon
4. Vanilla essence: A few drops

Eggs: 2, small Whip them You want them to be light and fluffy Zero calorie sweetener: 3-4 tablespoons or as required. Don’t add all of it at once, add gradually Vanilla essence a few drops Beat everything at medium speed. It will get light and fluffy Nice and creamy!

Start adding sifted all purpose/oat/whole wheat/almond flour gradually I used a total of 4 tablespoons but start off with only 1 or 2 Cut and fold gently to mix it Do not use a whisk at this point Add the remaining flour Has to be smooth and lump free

Transfer it into a greased bowl Bake it at 150 degree Celsius for 15 minutes or until completely baked You can enjoy it like this as a pound cake but i’ll add milk in a second Poke holes Pour hot low fat almond milk (sweetened or unsweetened). You can use any milk though

I used about 3/4 cup It melts in mouth guys. You have to try this recipe Serve hot/warm. This recipe can be a great holiday dessert
