Recipe :
Ingredients
2¾ cups very good quality gluten-free flour blend (150 gms of flour [ 20gms of cornflour or tapioca flour , 50 of rice flour and 80 gms of jowar flour ])
1 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
2 tsp. SAF instant yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup warm water (105-110°)
2 Tbsp. butter, dairy-free margarine, or Spectrum shortening
1 egg (preferably room temp)
1 tsp. cider vinegar
First proofing 30 to 40 mins
bake at 180 degs till golden brown

Require you like and I’ve taken jaar FL so you can take oats flour also if you feel like so add your dry ingredients so I’ve added the sugar I’ve added the yeast I’ve added zanam gum and then I’ve added the water so you blend it really
Well in the blender once that is done I’ve added one egg then I’ve added a little bit of vinegar and 2 tbsp of butter if you don’t want to use butter you can use oil you can even take melted butter if you feel like so blend everything really well and then after
That once that is done I’m going to wet my hands so you might feel if it’s a little more sticky you can add a little more of jawar flour if you feel like but for me the texture was fine so I’ve wet my hands with warm water and I made tiny
Rolls out of it so the warm water it prevents your it from sticking to your hands and it’s much easier to roll so you around six uh dinner rolls I made and you can make smaller ones or bigger ones depending on the size that you like
