Welcome everyone to the amula keto and lcab channel today I’ll be making my favorite easy fast fluffy bread great for breakfast and to have as sandwiches so straight into the ingredients in a bowl we need two cups of egg whites and then we need to add half a teaspoon of
Salt then a/4 cup of your preferred keto friendly sugar today I’ll be using alilo sugar because it will give that lovely golden color on the outside of the bread then I’m going to add a/4 cup of pelium husk powder and then I’m going to add one cup of whey protein isolate
Unflavored if you’re in the UK you can easily find this online and in Holland and Barrett and then I’m going to mix using an electric mixture so I’m going to aim for an almost gluey texture regarding the consistency of the mixture After mixing we’re going to add one teaspoon of gum arabic powder and then one teaspoon of xanthan gum powder and then half a teaspoon of baking powder and then mix again and this is the consistency of the mixture that we are aiming for so this is completely optional today I’m going
To be adding 1 tblspoon of white toasted sesame seeds and black seeds today I’ll be using a large bread loaf tin already brushed with butter and lined with parchment paper and pour in your mixture our mixture is now now ready Place into the oven at 160° C for around
1 hour after 1 hour our lovely golden bread is now ready you can see that lovely golden color because of the alilo sugar I’m now going to leave it to cool down after cooling down our lovely bread is easily removed from the [Applause] tin this is one of my favorite and easiest
