Need a a nice frying pan now I usually use a small one because if I’m cooking for myself of course I only need the size now if you’re cooking for a larger group of people you have two or three people you can go with a bigger
Size you need a nice large plate because you are going to put your salad there all of your parts there you’re going to make it really pretty okay um you need pepper chicken seasoning and seasoning salt okay you need pepper chicken seasoning of any kind and seasoning
Salt now you’re going to use also a small pan or a small pot like this to put your eggs to boil your eggs so the first thing we need to do is get our eggs going first okay so I’m going to put my eggs in the water because of
Course I don’t want to put my eggs in hot water while it’s hot the eggs are boiling that’s the first thing you want to do get your eggs boiling okay this salad is going to be beautiful it’s going to be um enticing looking so if
It’s something um you want to do for a partner or something to just impress someone we’re going to start preparing the lettuce let’s get it ready for because the lettuce is the main thing that you want to put at the bottom the lettuce is the root of your
Salad and because I’m only one person and I’m only cooking for myself tonight I’m going with a very small amount of lettuce okay I’mma cut it up just like that okay now I might add a little more just a little bit more this salad is going to look huge
That’s why I’m going with this small amount of lettuce cuz there’s so many other parts that have to go into it so the first thing I need to do is wash this lettuce off really good okay well my lettuce all washed off now we’re
Going to take it and put it on the plate just like that just it right on the plate and what you want to do is put it right set it on your plate right in the middle so you put your lettuce on your big plate right in the
Middle you’re going to take your lovely lovely spinach and you’re going to put that right on top of the lettuce now what I like to do is I like to cut my spinach down in small parts now you may not prefer to do this method and that’s okay whatever you like is
What you go with so I take my knife and just cut it up ever so slightly just like this yep just like this I think I take a little bit of my stems out just a little bit just a few stems out okay and you take this and you just
Drop that around your salad just like that because we know that probably the most important part of this salad is the spinach the spinach is what has the most nutrients okay now I’m just going to mix it up just a little bit so that the lettuce will show a little
Bit give it a little kind of mixed mixed look there now next you want to take your blueberries and you want to take those and put them off to the side and one area of your plate just like that so every part of the salad has its
Own area so you take your blueberries onto the side just like that then you are going to bring in your lemon half a lemon you stick that off to the side just like that then you’re going to bring in your lovely tomato a half a tomato in my case a half a tomato
Because I’m only cooking for myself tonight you’re going to just cut it up just like this into smaller pieces just like this you’re going to put it over your salad just like that as you can see putting it on my salad just like that on top of the
Lettuce and the spinach you’re going to bring in your carrot in this case I’m just going to do three I’m not what you say crazy about carrots just like this come up just like that and stick them off to the side off to the side of your amazing salad
Okay just like this off to the side of your amazing salad we’ll go with our cucumber next I like to peel the skin off of mine I’m not big on the skin if you if you if you are crazy about the skin keep skin it’s up to you however you like your
Things and you are going to cut it up just like this okay and you’re going to just cut it up just like this smaller parts just like that you’re going to put that on to your lovely salad look at how pretty that’s coming along on to your lovely salad and its own

That break it up a little bit there you go however much you like depends on what however much you like I love feta cheese so I’m just going to drop it on there have I see fit y just like that all right what’s next look at how

Is a piece of fresh chicken breast okay and we’re just going to give it some long little asymmetrical slits just like that then come back and slit it down to smaller pieces just like that all right let’s season it up now let’s season it up real good now all right we’re going to
Take some pepper sprinkle it on there just like that just a little bit we’re going to take some seasoning salt now and we’re going to sprinkle that on there just a little bit like that then we’re going to take some chicken seasoning and you can use chicken seasoning of any kind I like
Montreal and we’re going to sprinkle a little bit of that on there okay now we’re just going to take the chicken and move it around a little bit and the reason why we’re doing this is because we want the chicken to be seasoned on all sides and but what we don’t want to
Do is over season it we don’t want it too salty or too much of a high pepper taste so we just take the seasoning that’s left on The Cutting Board and now all of it is seasoned just right so now we’re going to take a little bit
Of olive oil or whatever kind of oil you prefer to use we going to take about a teaspoon of that and put it into our frying pan okay well I would say a tablespoon instead of a teaspoon we’ll go with a tablespoon of olive oil into our small frying pan hey now that

This just pop that on top just drop that right on Top there you go you are now going to take your eggs and you’re going to add that to your salad so you put your egg off to the side just like that and you just cut that in there just like off to the side cut that up off to the side just like
