Raising Cane’s Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast
2 cups Corn Flakes
Season with (Onion powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Red Pepper Flakes, Cajun, Salt, Pepper)
4 Egg Whites

For the Sauce:
100g Lite Mayo
50g Sugar Free Ketchup
20g Worcestershire
Salt+Pepper

Instructions:
Cut off excess fat from chicken, then cut chicken into 5 slices.
Pour corn flakes into a ziplock bag and season with seasonings listed above. Crunch and mix corn flakes and seasonings together.
Pour 4 egg whites into a bowl with the same seasonings and stir.
Dip chicken into egg wash, and cover in corn flake breading.
Air fry on 400 for 10-12 minutes. Make sure to flip half way through.

While that is cooking get a bowl and pour 100g of lite mayo, 50g sugar free heinz ketchup, 20g worcestershire sauce, salt+pepper. Mix together.

Once your chicken is done frying, you are good to go!
