Have you with us always I love this idea let’s start with how to meal prep for Success well you know I believe nutrition is truly the gateway to Wellness in general right what we put into our body is how how we’re going to feel and how we feel is how we perform
So I like to start with meal prep every single Sunday and every Sunday I start making my overnight oats I’ve been EA eating overnight oats forever and ever and I decided to start a business out of it so this is just not just oatmeal it’s oatmeal it’s got plant-based protein 30
Gram of protein it’s got chia seeds flax seeds pumpkin seeds a little pink andan salt you can top it with whatever you want it takes 30 seconds to make and it is the easiest way to start your day have a few of these in the fridge give
It a try that’s the maple caramel flavor well let’s back up a little bit because because you you make the base right on Sundays you make your overnight oats based for the week will last a week so you can make this by yourself you don’t need creatures of habit you can make
This easily you literally just take oatmeal you can add some protein powder to it you can add some water or some almond milk to it mix it throw it in the fridge and it is truly sit let it sit overnight in the fridge and that’s your
Base and then and then your idea is that each breakfast you start with that base and then you can you know mix and match you this is one of these is blueberry one of these is what I have which is caramel this is a maple caramel we have
A blueberry banana we have a peanut butter banana flavor we’ve got an apple cinnamon flavor really good really good so one a day super easy great way to kickart your day incredibly filling incredibly satiating and Incredibly healthy okay all right back to Sunday we’re meal prepping for the week so you
Cut up a lot of vegetables and two proteins so you can do it whatever you want these are my go-tos I literally use these vegetables because I digest them I’m going with what you do because you look great and you’re you’re the guy you’re the creatures of habit guy so
Everybody this is what we’ve got here tell us all right so basically we’ve got broccoli cauliflower asparagus zucchini delicata squash which is one of my favorite alltime hard to find not really hard to find the beauty of delicata squash is you don’t have to peel it you
Literally just wash it and you cut it and you can you can put it in the oven just like that and it’s so it’s got It’s got a natural sweetness very very delicata sweet potatoes of course um I always do chicken bre I do ground beef
Or ground bison um you can do ground turkey um but this is sort of my go-to every single Sunday I spend about an hour and a half to two hours max and I make food for Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and then I do a little and then
You play on Friday right so you got like three talk about you’re going to show us two recipes the first is using your chicken talk to us about this chicken stir fry we’re whipping up all right so this is a chicken stir fry because everything is cooked already in your
Fridge ready to rock you do it on Sunday for dinners this is the easiest thing to to do right you’ve got when you say cook did you mean just bake did you just roast all the veggies I roast every literally I roast everything at 425°
With a little bit of olive oil and a little bit of salt I’m just totally doing this I’m excited it is so easy okay all right so dinner time right you don’t have a lot of time you’re running around you come home you got the family in this you literally take your cooked
Chicken in a pan right you hear that Sizzle me to work let’s dump these in there we got some sweet potatoes some delicat squash all right throw some of that cauliflower in there so it’s really whatever you want literally whatever you want all right a little bit of asparagus
You got some asparagus you’ve got some cooked rice you can would you put that in there you can add the rice to it if you want or you can put the rice as the base and then put the put the these ingredients on top of that’s I’m a fan
Of that so these you’re just basically warming up adding maybe a little olive oil that is all you’re doing you’re literally warming it up and then you add a little teriyaki sauce you can add a little hoison sauce whatever kind of sauce you want to add to it I typically
Think of stir fry with a little Asian influence so I kind of like it teriyaki sauce and then boom here you go look at that the the Finish you’re seeing it on camera that finished place is gorgeous and it couldn’t be easier because we did
It on Sunday that was it all right so now we’ve got the ground beef that we also made on Sunday put in the fridge let’s take it out for Tuesday right so one thing that I want to mention with ground beef I like to use a 93% lean
Ground beef um so it’s not filled with a ton of fat so you’ve got a nice lean ground beef and this is a quesadilla my wife loves these my kids love these who doesn’t love a quesadilla it’s so easy so hit some sweet potatoes in there okay
I would have to Bude those from uh some ground beef I me the ground beef is always a winner and then some zucchini all right so this is kind of a different take on uh on the quesadilla and so you kind of just like hit it you put it on
There you’ve got a you’ve got a tortilla you can use small tortillas you can use a larger tortilla you kind of just spread it out with some cheese right you got some melted cheese yeah you and you start with cheese in case you didn’t see there I start with cheese and then you
Put a little bit more cheese on the top right oh you like that all right and there you go check check out the V it’s right there boom that’s the finished product it is literally insanely delicious and Incredibly healthy I mean we’re we’re going to make a third meal
That’s how easy this let’s go back to the chicken which is already in the fridge with the vegetables that are already in the fridge and make the pasta dish boom all right so we’ve got a pasta dish we know everybody loves pasta let’s make a healthy pasta dish all right so
You’ve got your cooked pasta already boom cuz I cooked it on Sunday let’s go some broccoli some chicken a little tomato sauce I mean I am a chef mix it up come on who’s coming for dinner let’s go Lara this is it I mean look at that look look how easiest
