Hi guys today on divas can cook I have for you for quick and easy healthy snack recipes and a lot of you guys are sticking to those New Year’s resolutions you’re eating healthier and some of you guys have crashed and burned like me okay but it’s okay we can always start
Over let’s go all right first up are these chewy chocolate avocado brownies we’re going to start by adding our golden egg of into a large bowl then we’re going to throw in our beaten eggs here slightly beaten eggs we’re going to add in a little bit of coconut oil and
Then we are going to mix this up and get everything combined there’s no white sugar in this recipe and I love it or butter okay instead of butter we’re going to use avocados yummy lots of healthy fat here you guys okay go ahead and add the avocado into the bowl I just
Pureed it first and fair right into the bowl and then we’re going to mix this up really well get everything combined and next we’re going to add in some unsweetened cocoa powder now go ahead and mix that on up perfect next we’re going to add in a little bit of salt and
We’re going to add in a little bit of vanilla extract pull that right on in and now I have some whole-wheat flour and some all-purpose flour not a lot like a half a cup 1/4 cup of whole wheat and 1/4 cup of the all-purpose flour go
Ahead and toss that in there mix it up really well get it combined and now I’m going to place this into my prepared pan here go ahead and spread it on out just like that yeah we’re going to bake this ok 325 for about 25 to 30 minutes and
When it comes out of the oven sprinkle on some chocolate chips these are mini chocolate chips I’m using to enjoy life brand it’s like dairy free gluten free all the kind of good stuff we’re going to go ahead and let this melt slightly and then we’re gonna pop it into the
Fridge when it firms up go ahead and slice it on up and you guys oh my gosh these are so chewy they’re like chewy and chocolatey trust me you’re not going to taste the avocado in this I promise you my kids love these things and he saw
I easy was to make all right wonderful perfect texture the bomb look at that YUM all right let’s move on we’re gonna move on to these roasted taco chickpeas I love these things all right we’re gonna start with some garbanzo beans I love saying that got a bun I have
Drained them I have rinsed them off and dry off okay I’m gonna add in just the teeny teeny tiny bit of olive oil don’t need a lot all right toss it around next I have some taco seasoning here some smoked paprika all that yummy stuff I’m gonna
Mix it on up and then I’m going to put all of this on my chickpeas I like it spicy y’all really spicy and playful they are so good like that so go ahead and just toss those seasonings around then you’re gonna place this on our baking sheet and just one single layer
Don’t crowd them okay we’re gonna bake these at 400 for 35 to 40 minutes when it comes out of the oven there they are nice and crunchy and so smoky and delicious Ethan absolutely loves these things they’re great little treat for little kids you really like them all right and
They’re also very addictive oh my gosh so double the rest of you okay next up are these trail mix granola bars we’re going to start by adding some raw honey into a bowl then we’re going to add in a little bit of natural peanut butter this
Is gonna work as our glue okay our glue to hold everything together okay that’s our glue go and start up next we’re gonna add in some oats you can use old-fashioned oats if you want to I’m gonna add in some gluten-free rice krispies I’m gonna add in some shredded
Coconuts all right then you want to add in some more on those enjoy life chocolate chips and some trail mix yummy so colorful I’m using that superfood Trail Mix you can use any kind of trail mix you want to go ahead and just stir it all up get everything combined place
It into your little prepared pan you can put these in little balls you can do like bars whatever doesn’t matter okay all right so I’m gonna price these in my pan I’m going to add on some more of that trail mix to make it look off ready and stuff all right perfect
Put it in the fridge for about an hour and then after an hour when it’s nice and firm go ahead and just cut it into little barns I just drizzle on a little bit of chocolate as well and then you’re done great for after work out for a little
Snack so good all right last we have honey peach popsicles oh my gosh these are so good we’re going to start by adding some frozen peaches into a food processor you might have to do this in double batches okay I already done a batch in my food processor already we’re
Going to add in some almond milk and then we’re just going to simply puree it that’s it we’re going to puree it and so everything is nice and creamy and smooth and now the sweetness up and we’re going to use raw good old-fashioned honey oh my gosh
You guys honey and peaches it’s like a match made in heaven it’s so doggone good but yeah go ahead and sweet and it really get it really really sweet okay because sometimes when you free stuff the kind of sweetness kind of goes down a little bit so get it like overly sweet
Okay they’re going to pour these into our popsicle molds we’re going to freeze these bad boys overnight and then you have a healthy delicious popsicle only three ingredients so good all right I hope you guys enjoyed this recipe you can find it on my website at divas can
