Peanut Butter Oats Mouuse: 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1/2 tsp Cocoa powder, 1 tsp maple syrup, one drop vanilla essence, 1 tsp organic peanut butter. 3-4 tsp milk, blend well and keep it in your refrigerator overnight.
Enjoy with fresh fruits & nuts.

Homemade Cheesy Veggie Uttapam: 2 cups idli rice, 1 cup urad, 1 tsp methi dana, you can add soaked poha (around 3-4 tsp too while blending)
Soak it for 3-4 hours and then blend, stir for 10 minutes and keep it overnight and next morning, make a healthy delicious uttapam, dosa or idli.
You can store this for a week in the refrigerator.

Eggless whole-wheat Banana Muffins: 1 cup whole wheat, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 tsp baking soda & 1/2 baking powder, pinch of salt. Mix the dry ingredients.
Take 2-3 bananas, mash well, add 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 2 tsp water, mix well.
Combine dry and wet ingredients, add a few tsp of milk if the mixture looks dry, transfer it to a muffin tray, and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350*F

Spinach Corn & Cheese Sandwich: In a pan, add butter, add a cup of corn, cook for a few minutes, add spinach and let the spina cook on low flame. Add 1 tsp of Maida or oats flour, add some milk and mix well. Once everything looks combined. Add your favourite cheese, I used mozzarella. Season with some salt & pepper.
You can store this for 5 days in a refrigerator.

Moong Dal Cheela: 1 cup soaked moong dal, preferably overnight. Grind the dal, with a garlic clove, some ginger,and 2-3 green chilli, add a splash of water a make it smooth batter. You can add paneer filling too, it tastes so good.

Homemade Granola Bars : 2-3 tsp of butter, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp brown sugar & 1/3 cup maple syrup. Melt all the ingredients at low flame. Add rolled oats once the mixture turns to a thick consistency, add nuts, cranberry, pumpkinseeds and mix well. Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350*f for 25-30 mins. Cut some pieces into a bar once it’s cooldown or store some for your yogurt topping.

Eggless Coffee Cake: 1 cup hot milk, 3 tsp instant coffee, mix well. In a big bowl, transfer the coffee and milk mix, add 3 tbsp butter, add 1 cup of condensed milk, add1/2 tsp vanilla essence & mix well. Add 1/3 cup of granulated sugar & mix again for a minute. Add 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda & 1 tsp baking powder. Mix well and transfer it to a parchment-lined baking tray and bake at 350*f for 30-35 minutes. Hello everyone! Welcome back to my channel. Today I have brought a video of breakfast recipes for you all. These are all those recipes that you can prepare and keep overnight, especially if you are going to college or the office and are very busy.

You can make all these recipes at once, and after making them, you can also use them for up to four to five days. So let me show you which recipes I am going to share with you in this video. Make sure to watch till the end,

And also let me know in the comment section which recipe you liked the most. So, the first recipe is Peanut Butter Oat Mousse, and for this, I am obviously going to use oat meal. It is very good for health; it is very healthy, and here I am going to use rolled oats,

And inside it I am adding cocoa powder, which is not sweetened, and then you have to put a little bit of maple syrup inside it. A little bit, I will add one or two drops of vanilla essence and a full spoon of organic peanut butter,

And you can also add Nutella inside it, which will take its taste to the next level. Inside it, I will add a little milk. All the measurements are in the description box for you all. It has to be blended, and after blending, you have to keep it overnight in any container.

If you have to go to the office or go out somewhere, you can keep it in any to-go container and keep it in the fridge overnight, so that the next morning you can pick it up

And eat your breakfast on the way to work or in your office. So, after keeping it in the fridge, next morning it came out so yummy

Because I have shared many recipes for oatmeal meals with you. I had not shared anything about mousse consistency, so I thought of sharing something like this today. So, in the morning, I am going to serve it with some strawberries. You can add any of your favourite fruits to it;

I like strawberries very much. I also have some chia seeds, so you can add that too, and it was very yummy. And I hope you will try this recipe. If you try, then do tell me in the comment section how you liked it. Moving on to the next recipe.

These days I am making dosa and Idli at home, and she likes Idli very much. And I especially went to the grocery store and got Idli rice for her.

This is a relatively new concept to me. I am not going to lie. I have never made dosa or Idli at home, but I am enjoying the process of cooking it.

So, first of all, I took two cups of Idli rice and one cup of urad dal, and I am going to soak both of them well. Just a little tip. I am sure a lot of you guys already know about it,

But since I am a new learner in this process, we have to add some fenugreek here. So, after adding some fenugreek and washing it well, I am going to keep it for around 3 hours, and then after that, I will blend it.

Since it has been almost three hours, now I am going to blend it well. The rice has also swelled well, and then the dal has also swelled. Now I will blend the mixture and, after blending, beat it well for at least 10 minutes. And after beating it, I will keep it outside overnight.

When you make everything from scratch, you get the satisfaction that the food is going to be very good. I have cut a lot of vegetables and am making some kind of Uttapam for breakfast. I will add vegetables and some cheese to it. Charlotte likes cheese in her Uttapam,

And if I talk about the condiments, then tomato chutney or coconut chutney goes very well with it. But I am going to serve it to Charlotte with ketchup because she does not enjoy chutney much,

And if you want, you can also add gun powder to it. I eat it by adding gun powder, and I find it very tasty. This batter can be easily stored in the fridge for a week,

So whenever you want to make a quick breakfast or lunch, you can use it. Moving on to the next recipe. This next recipe will not just be your breakfast recipe; you can also pack it in a tiffin for your children and send it. For this, I am taking one cup of flour,

And inside it I am adding 1/3 cup of sugar, one spoon of baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and a little salt. Here, you can add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix the dry ingredients well, and then add the bananas. Here I am adding three to four bananas,

And you have to mash them very well, then add 1/3 cup of vegetable oil inside it, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, and two spoonsful of water. Mix it all well. And after that, after adding dry ingredients to it, you have to make its batter.

If you find the batter a little dry, then you can also add three to four spoons of milk to it, but the milk should be at normal temperature,

And then I have taken a tin inside which I am going to make muffins. Almost six muffins are going to be made very well inside it, and you just have to pour the batter in it, and then at 350°F, you have to bake them for around 20 to 25 minutes.

On top of that, I am adding walnuts; you can add whatever nuts you want. Such a great, healthy breakfast option. The spinach corn, and cheese sandwich at Cafe Coffee Day was once my favourite.

I don’t know recently what is on the menu there and what is not there, but back then it was one of my absolute favourites.

So, I am sharing with you a very simple recipe for a spinach corn and cheese sandwich. You have to put two spoons of butter in a pan. If possible, you can reduce the butter

Or increase the butter as per your quantity. In this, I have added some boiled corn, and I have just tossed the boiled corn lightly.

After tossing, I am adding spinach inside it. This is going to be a very healthy and quite yummy recipe, and when the spinach leaves the water properly, you have to put some all-purpose flour in it

And roast the flour well. Do not roast it too much, and do not burn anything because the filling of this sandwich is such that if it gets overcooked even a little, it tastes very bad. So, when the flour gets roasted properly, we will add a cup of milk to it.

And after adding one cup of milk, you have to keep mixing it well on a low, medium flame. After adding milk, obviously if there is flour in it, it will become thick enough,

So if you feel that the consistency is a little thick, then my quick tip is that you must add some water in it, and by adding water, its consistency will become much better because we keep it in the fridge overnight,

And in the next morning it will become very heavy and its consistency will become very solid. So, when it starts bubbling like this, then I have added salt and pepper to it.

You can also add chili flakes inside. If your children do not want to eat, then you can stick to salt and pepper. I would definitely add some chili flakes for myself.

And lastly, I am adding cheese inside it. Mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese works very well, and you have to add all this, mix it well, and after it cools down a bit,

Keep it in a glass container. You can keep it in the fridge, and this filling is not going to spoil for three to four days.

Trust me, if you have not tried sandwiches till date or if you like them a lot, then this is going to be your absolute favourite. They are so quick and easy, and they taste very good. One question is, how will spinach taste in a sandwich?

It is so yummy, so I have put it in a container, and then after putting it in a container, I am going to keep it overnight in the fridge so that next morning,

If you do not have time or you If you want to make a quick breakfast, then you can use any of your favourite breads. Here, I am using white bread. I have noticed that it tastes better with white bread, and then the next morning you can see that it’s frozen well.

You have to apply its filling to the bread, cover the bread from the other side, and fry it in butter. Hear its crunch.

So, your spinach corn and cheese sandwich are ready in less than 5 minutes, so definitely try it, and like I told you, you can store it in your fridge for three to four days.

So, for breakfast, I am making Moong Dal Chilla, and for that, I have soaked Moong overnight, and then I am going to add one green chilli, two garlic cloves, a little ginger, and a little water, and after adding it, I am going to blend it well.

After blending well, I am going to add some salt to it, and if there is paneer in the stuffing of moong dal Cheela, then it tastes very good. I have made it with Paneer for the last three-four months. Now I have started incorporating many new things into my diet,

And I am sure you guys have been seeing things like Idli, Dosa, and then Moong Dal Chilla and Moong Dal Tikki. The next recipe is the recipe for granola bars, and for this I have put butter in the pan and added peanut butter, a little brown sugar, and a lot of maple syrup.

All the measurements are in the description box, so please make sure to check it out. After adding all this, I am mixing it well on low medium flame until the butter melts well,

And when you mix it well, it will have the consistency of a sauce, which will be quite thick, so it will take about four to five minutes to do this.

So be patient, and please make sure that your flame is low-medium gas. Otherwise, brown sugar and maple syrup may stick, and they may burn a little.

So, the sauce is ready, and when your sauce is ready, you have to take it out in a pan. So, I have taken a slightly bigger pan because we are going to add oats to it now, the quantity of which is very high,

So I am going to add oats to this, and again, I am using hand-rolled oats, and my quick suggestion is that you should use only hand-rolled oats in this;

The same oats will be used in today’s recipes. And then I add some cinnamon powder to it. Cinnamon powder is going to give a very good taste to the granola bars. I am going to add pumpkin seeds to it.

If you want, you can add cranberries or chocolate chips to it. It’s totally up to you. You can also add your favourite nuts to it. Mix it well, and I have lined a baking tray with parchment paper. Inside it,

Spread all the granola we have made and spread it well. After doing this, you have to press it well so that it becomes flat from all sides.

After baking, it will be cut very easily. You have to heat the oven at 350 °F, and at the time of heating, when you put it inside, it will take 25 to 30 minutes,

But please keep checking it in between. In my oven, it takes almost 28 minutes, and its colour became a little dark brown, which I will show you now. Its colour should be like this, and now I will show how we are going to use the granola bar next morning.

So, for now, when it has cooled down a little, I have cut it and kept it in the shape of small blocks like a granola bar, and I have also crushed some of it and kept it.

And the next morning I made a fruit bowl with yogurt for Charlotte, so inside it I had strawberry Greek yogurt and added some apple. If you want, you can also take plain Greek yogurt or vanilla Greek yogurt, whichever is your favourite, and along with yogurt, add apple, blueberry, strawberry, banana,

Or whatever fruit you like. And I broke some of the granola bars that I made last night and crushed them like this. And granola clusters were formed that look very yummy. It is a very popular breakfast item here, so here I have served it over yogurt, and it tastes so good.

Definitely try it for your breakfast recipe. It is very healthy and great for weight loss. The next recipe is the favourite of all coffee lovers. This is an eggless coffee cake,

And for this I have taken a cup of hot milk, and in it I am going to add three spoons of coffee. So, all the coffee lovers out there are going to enjoy this recipe a lot.

My husband is a tea lover, and he also likes it very much, so I hope you guys will also like it. So, you have to mix the coffee and milk well,

and you have to take a big bowl because inside this bowl we are going to add all the ingredients. So, inside the bowl, we have added the milk that we have mixed with the coffee.

I have taken a blob of butter and added butter to it. First, we have to mix this coffee and butter, and then we have to add milkmaid to it.

If you feel that milkmaid will be too sweet, then trust me, milkmaid will not make much difference because the bitterness of coffee and sweetness of milkmaid will be balanced very well.

So, I have beaten the milkmaid once well, and in the coffee and butter mix, we have put the milkmaid, and inside it, you have to pour some vanilla essence. I have taken about one and a half teaspoons of vanilla essence, and you have to whisk it well.

So, all your wet ingredients have to be whisked very well after giving enough time for about two-three minutes, and then inside this I am adding 1/3 cup of sugar, and after adding sugar, it has to be whisked again so that the sugar melts completely inside it.

Now inside it I am going to add all-purpose flour, and the quantity of flour is in the description box, and a little bit of my baking powder, about one spoon, and half a spoon of baking soda.

After mixing all this well, you have to take a baking tray and put it inside it and see the ribbons. It will have the consistency of a ribbon, which means the cake is going to be very smooth

And your hard work is going to pay off. So, whenever you are going to put the cake in the oven for baking, before that, you should tap it once so that all the air bubbles in it come out.

It was quite moist and quite soft. I will show you by cutting a slice, and you can see that it is super soft and very yummy.

If you want, you can also serve it with a chocolate glaze on it. You can easily cut it and keep it in an airtight box, and it will not spoil at all for about seven to eight days.
